Grounds are gorgeous and the ambiance was very relaxing. I had an amazing view from my room on the 7th floor. I ended my evening relaxing by the fire pits! To top it all off, their snack shop offers very delicious specialty coffees that taste better than Starbucks! If you've ever thought about going here, think no more! You will not be disappointed!

Everything was perfect! The pool was heated to 82 degrees which was warm enough to swim when the outside air temp was in the 60s. The arcade was fun and we enjoyed the duck bowling. One of the employees even gave my kids a stuffed animal and an arcade game card which made their day! My kids loved the nightly s’mores and the holiday lights by the golf course. My daughter enjoyed crafts at the activity center. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Disappointed with what we got for the price we paid for this hotel. The pool and golf course were beautiful, and the rooms were updated. - I booked the room well in advance, but when checking online was given a queen room. Assuming it was a mistake, I called and they told me that since the hotel was booked full for the weekend it was first come first serve, even though I booked through the website they had no more king rooms. - When arriving the parking lot was very dark, with little lighting and it is an additional $18 a day for self parking. - The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Hair was inside the bathroom and the coffee machine was nice but still had old coffee in it and appeared dirty. - The walls are super thin. The bar was packed and the noise travels up. Even though we were on the 4th floor, noise from both the bar inside and the space outside was super loud.

Ants. Our bathroom had lots and lots of ants. (See photo of ants on bath mat). Gross. They cleaned them up and said they took care of it, but the next day ants were everywhere again. Also our room’s safe didn’t work, we spent over an hour with the hotel workers changing out the batteries and it still doesn’t work. Air conditioning was freezing, kept adjusting the thermostat to a warmer temperature but the same frigid air kept coming out Sofa bed had no sheets with nothing in the closets, had to call, most hotels have something available in closets Shower not hot enough and also extremely loud with obnoxious sound at the drain. Our second day, 3:30 PM and housekeeping had not come yet, very late service, too late our daughter needed a nap This resort is giant and they only have 1 hot tub The service is seriously sub par. Drinks are too expensive, was just at a Disney cruise and the prices were cheaper there. Room fridge is tiny, for a double queen suite I expect more than a fridge barely big enough for a few drinks No lock to the shower in our queen suite. Toilet is deep to the shower with its own door, but lock was broken. Pizza we ordered at beach was completely burnt, had to ask for another one Overall atmosphere is otherwise decent, pool nice (cabanas are $400 though… no free shaded chairs by beach), spacious rooms, pretty views, nice lobby, nice fire pits and lawn games, but price and bad service and ants are total deal breaker, do not recommend staying here. Completely over priced for the level of cleanliness, numerous broken things, and bad service

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we had a lovely golf course and Mountain View. The pros: the staff was also friendly and helpful. Our requests were immediately attended to and messaging the front desk through the app worked wonderfully. The food was great and we loved the small arcade. The comfortable bed was a huge plus as I never find hotel beds comfortable. The cons: We never could get the mobile pass to work which was annoying but not a big deal and we were hoping the pool bar would open but it stayed closed throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!
