“Absolutely disgusting! We were forced to stay there by the people running a hockey tournament near by. The rooms are filthy! My son found an empty liquor bottle under the bed so I know it wasn’t cleaned, there are stains on every surface in the room. Then while my son was sitting on the couch the window literally fell into the room, sent the lamp on the desk flying and hit him in the head. For this they were willing to take one night off of my bill. I was charged the full amount and when I called was told it may take 5-7 business days for that to change. When I called about the bill Phara was rude and could not understand why I was upset, perhaps if it was her or her child that was hit in the head with the window and then still charged she would understand. The halls-ways are covered with a plastic on the walls because it looks like they are splitting possibly from water damage(I will include pictures) Do yourself a favor and if you find yourself there DO NOT open the pull out couch you will be horrified by the stains. There are people living there long term. There police were there several times a day when we were there to serve them with papers or to deal with problems.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I've never seen a situation quite as bad this one. As someone who works in the travel industry, I think Marriott needs to do an internal audit of this hotel because it's putting a stain on the brand. The place was in shambles when my family (wife, toddler, infant) arrived to the hotel. People working at the front desk did not know what they were doing. The manager was running around the hotel looking to see which rooms were available. The place seemed to be severely understaffed. They did not have a room available for us when we arrived, despite our "reservation". I put "reservation" in quotes because nothing was reserved, and ended up not even staying at the hotel because the manager told me he had no idea if/when a room would become available for us. I asked one employee if he would stay at the hotel and he said "I wouldn't". It says on Google that there is an indoor pool, but when the manager was asked about this he said, "there's no pool." After waiting for a few hours to see if a room would become available (spoiler alert: it didn't), I was given a room key to a room . . . that was occupied by other guests. Does the hotel have a computer system? Is it being used? Your guess is as good as mine. Get your act together, Marriott.”
