“My wife and I enjoyed a two-day getaway. Some of our time was spent at home depot, Lowe's and the mall. We were comparing prices and idea's we had for our home. Our experience with residence inn has always been great, from checking in to checking out. Breakfast in the morning, we could smell the waffles and coffee from down the hall. Waffles, hardboiled eggs, juice .”

“They put us in the wrong room with no notice and then when we asked the front desk for the room we were supposed to get they said they had overbooked and they could not refund us to go stay in a different hotel. They then uncharged us for the wrong room.”
