“Residence Inn kept charging me hold charges and not really explaining. One night it would be $70, the next $130, $200, $300. No difference in anything, they would just keep these arbitrary hold charges coming. Some guy would say he can’t even see them in the system, the next would say they can and it’s automated, the next would say it’s incidentals, the next saying it’s just an automated system, etc. I don’t appreciate being charged arbitrary amounts, unexplained, especially as it racks up to a $300 incidental hold, again for no reason.
Just a frustrating experience to say little of it and I hope they figure out (wink wink) why they’ve decided to charge different amounts on hold for rooms extended at the same rate. $300 hold for a random 1 day extension at a rate far below that is kind of stupid.

“The staff, from senior management to housekeeping and maintenance to those at the front desk, are welcoming, accommodating to customers' needs and requests and have a positive, friendly demeanor. A shout out to Shirley, Courtney, Minerva, Leidy, and Michael. Thank goodness that the entire hotel will be renovated starting February, 2023! It really needs a total face lift so don't be surprised about the worn condition of the units. The friendly staff certainly makes up for any inconveniences.”
