“Warning all tourists don’t come here, unless you want to waste time and money My vacation with my family was ruined because of the experience we had in this resort. We booked this hotel for 7 days and we wished we never booked this place. My family payed for multiple rooms with our packages for multiple people but on the package piece of paper it said an error of one room. We asked for two rooms to stay in but they only gave us one room, they didn’t care how much we pay for them. They told us if we wanted another room, we had to pay an extra $200. We all decided to sleep in the one room. As soon as we go to our room, we only got one queen size bed and two small sitting beds. They knew we were three people and they didn’t give us beds for everybody. They have free buffets for everybody in the mornings to the nights but turns out that the food was not good at all. The food was cold and it wasn’t cooked properly or set up well. They say that they have a whole entire variety of foods but they don’t. The service was good but the buffet was not. They have only young kids working there, probably working under paid for their good services. They cover the beach with rocks all around it so that tourist don’t go out for a swim at the beach. They want us to stay at the pool only. We didn’t pay to stay in our room and be at the pools which they were crowded every day. The room are not cleaned properly, we pay a lot of money for this rooms to at least have clean beds clean toilets and shower. When you take showers the thing floods and all water rises. My god the towels got replaced with supposedly clean ones but they still had stains which other people used it was disgusting. We decided not to sleep in this dump and decided to stay in other locations which were totally worth it than staying in this place. Decameron it's not worth it and it scams you for what they give and offer. Why are the both sides separate both tourists and non-tourists. Tourist get the bigger rooms and the others don’t they get the standard small rooms. It charges a largely $302 dollars per night just for the room. They are insane. And the WIFI doesn't work. It only works at the lobbies and you constantly have to ask them for password. Other places charges $50 dollars and they are way larger and better food with services. They are stealing money. Decameron is a dump.”
