“Servicio pésimo. A nuestra llegada al hotel se nos informa en recepción que han abierto una tratoria nueva, la cual no necesita reserva para cenar. Acudimos a la cena a las 20.40h (cierran a las 21.30h) y nos dicen que ya están llenos y que no podemos entrar. El resto de restaurantes eran con reserva, por lo que nuestra solución fue Glovo. ¿Cómo un hotel de estas características no es capaz de preveer esto? Y si sucede, al menos dar una opción al cliente. Las habitaciones están bien,instalaciones nada del otro mundo, y parte del personal no cualificado para trabajar en un hotel GL.”
