“Pésimo Hotel no volvería a regresar. En todos los restaurantes que no es buffet tienes que esperar mínimo 1 hora para obtener una mesa y si vas en grupo te proponen sentarte separado (casi casi 1 persona en una mesa diferente). Para sombrillas en la playa tenias que buscar al personal por todo el hotel. Había un solo mesero para todas las alberca, era más facil que tu fueras por tus bebidas. La comida sin chiste. En mi habitación encontré un frasco de pastillas debajo de la cama y estuvo durante toda la estancia (mala limpieza) No es un hotel tan barato y creo que he tenido mejores experiencias en servicio y comida en un hostal. En las fotos se ve muy bonito pero en realidad es un hotel viejo al cual le dan solo mantenimiento a lo que se ve, había pisos que apestaban a humedad. No fuimos en temporada alta ni el hotel se veía lleno y la atención fue horrorosa, no me lo imagino en temporada con el hotel a full capacidad. Las albercas se ven bonitas sin embargo encontré varias lamparas con cables colgando dentro de la alberca y al personal no les importo. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!”

Excepcional !!!! Todos os funcionários são super gentis e prestativos. O lugar é maravilhoso, 5 restaurantes com uma variedade muito boa !!!! O quarto é bem grande, limpo e com amenidades. Durante o dia e à noite, várias programações para toda a família. Gostaria de ressaltar e elogiar o excelente trabalho dos funcionários Jair e Sérgio que são ótimos no que se propõem a fazer, sempre dispostos a animar e entreter os hóspedes, interagindo com todos.

Os quartos são bons, mas o serviço é terrível. Os garçons ignoram os hóspedes para atender na piscina e no restaurante, e se chamados viram a cara e vão para outro lugar, quando não respondem grosseiramente que "depois voltam". Só atendem razoavelmente bem por curto espaco de tempo se voce dá boa gorjeta.... O hotel não tem espaço para que a maioria dos hóspedes tomem café, e (por mais absurdo que seja) constantemente tem que enfrentar e aguardar na fila para tomar café da manhã. No restaurante da piscina não é possível ir de roupa de banho, o que não faz sentido, é só te atendem se você botar roupa e calçado, como ocorre nos demais restaurantes. E na piscina só servem pizza... Se quiser comer algo diferente ponha roupa e vá para o restaurante. São muito intransigentes com as regras e muitas delas não fazem sentido.

My stay at Sandos has been excellent! Sergio, Rey, and Danny have been excellent tending to my needs at the pool all day long! I’ve been at the pool every single day since i arrived! There was even a very fun and awesome pool party that had lots of foam and dancing with great music! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the guests are taken care of and catered to. I’m a solo traveler and it’s been very entertaining and safe! I would definitely recommend.

Gerente Marta, barman Alberto, Alexis e Marcos foram ótimos... O pessoal da recreação, Daniel e Aníbal foram incríveis!!! Quando possível voltaremos, e sem dúvidas recomendamos o Hotel. Hotel possui ótima estrutura, com 4 restaurantes, bares e área de lazer. Hotel organizado, limpo e com pessoal qualificado e educado. El hotel es muy lindo, viaje con toda mi familia desde argentina y la verdad nos encantó. Las habitaciones son re lindas y muy limpias. El acceso a la playa es bueno y la vista que tienen las albercas son preciosas, nos encanto que pudimos hacer yoga frente al mar y de mas actividades. La comida nos encanto y la pizza es fenomenal, gracias a todo el staff Eli, Aníbal, Daniel y Marian que nos hicieron sentir como en casa sin duda volveremos

La atención no fue buena. En los restaurantes si llegas después de las 21.20 te dicen que no hay lugar cuando las mesas están vacías. Si te vas a quejar mágicamenteaparece el lugar. Limpieza un desastre. Se quedan sin cucharas, sin edulcorante, vasos sucios y otras cosas. En principio pensé que era por no tener pulsera negra, hasta que vi a otras personas con la pulsera negra quejarse de las mismas cosas. Lo bueno y para destacar es la persona en la playa y los chicos de entrada. El resto la verdad hicieron que nuestra estadía no sea la esperada. No volvería y es para no recomendar. Una lástima.

Me encantó la playa, la comida, la atención y la comodidad de la zona de la playa. n general todo muy bien. Hotel muy limpio. La atención de maría del equipo de animación que nos preguntó acerca del hotel y si teníamos comentarios sobre el mismo los cuales fueron buenos. Y no informó sobre los show en el área del bar lo cual me pareció un buen tick de su parte.

El hotel nos gustó mucho, es muy limpio y todas las personas fueron muy amables en nuestra estancia, el equipo de entretenimiento nos divirtió muchísimo ya que tienen varias actividades durante el día. El hotel cuenta con diferentes restaurantes de especialidad donde la comida es deliciosa y hay bar tanto en el área de la piscina y el lobby y nos gustaron muchísimo. Ampliamente recomendado.

I loved staying here! The all inclusive package was definitely worth the price, it was very nice to get free food/drinks throughout the week. I loved the view and was surprised that we got a balcony. The private beach is also very nice, it was never too crowded. There was always something to do. The entertainment team specifically was very helpful — the entertainment team showed us local spots to go to eat, games we could participate in, taught us about local and Mexican culture, and much more. I hope to come back!

The staff at Sandos Cancun was amazing. In particular Milli at the spa gave me an amazing after sun treatment that was just what I needed. The entertainment team was also there to make sure we all had fun. Ellie led a stretching activity in the grass that was relaxing a great way to start the day.The pools are spacious, clean, and have plenty of seats for everyone. They also have one of the largest beaches when compared to the other nearby hotels.The only area of improvement which I have to be honest about is the food. Breakfast was nice but the other restaurants were pretty bland. The vegetarian options often were better - so ask for those options if they are not already on the menus.

We love the dancing club, Daniella, Ella and Maria they played volleyball with us. It was a lot of fun! They made it better and fun! Good sportsmanship too. We love them!!! They have good dance moves and showed us around. Definitely recommend. I also enjoyed a day at the spa and Ramon did very well with my massage. I left feeling relaxed.

I have to stay I had an amazing stay. From the staff, to the food to the location, everything was perfect. The staff all remembered my name and made me feel very comfortable on my solo vacation. They have a full vegan menu which was primarily why I choose this hotel, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. They made my birthday vacation a memorable experience. It was always clean, and the service is great. I had a very enjoyable get away and will be back. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, you will not regret it.

I loved my ocean view king suite. The buffet was good...typical food that you would expect. The DJ was fun on karaoke night but it was a Wednesday so the atmosphere was mostly chill. There is a restaurant that is hidden on the other side of the resort with killer ocean views. The best thing about this hotel is the beach view and multiple pools. I will be back!

Mi estadía ahí en general fue agradable. La comida fue agradable y buena. El gym está muy bien equipado. El Servicio en general estuvo bien aunque había unos meseros que le daban mucha preferencia a los americanos por obvias razones pero está mal ya que todos estamos pagando el servicio creo yo. Creo que falta climatizador en las albercas ya que en temporadas de mucho aire no están muy agradables (qué por lo general en ese hotel por la estructura del hotel hace demasiado aire, ya que se hace un cuello de botella de aire) el servicio a la habitación fue una de mis cosas favoritas junto con la playa. Las instalaciones de la habitación tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad en cuento una mejor decoración ya que por lo general lucen muy vacías.

We had the most wonderful time in this resort thanks to the staff of the hotel.Every employee went out of their way to make us feel special during every interaction. Concierge Giselle and Carlos would not allow us to pass without stopping to make sure every thing was to our liking. A room service attendant recognized my wife and assisted in getting her a wheel chair when she fell two blocks from the hotel,even though he was off duty.The spa experience was very refreshing.We would like to thank the management team for having such valued employees.

We had a wonderful time at Sandos Cancun. The staff are all nice and helpful but I want to especially call out the activities staff; Eli (Andrea), Daniel, Anibal and Maria. They were amazingly friendly and engaging and made us feel like friends. The length of their days is also very impressive. They seem to all be working 12 hour days. They're there for the first activities of the day and seem to be there through the last evening events. I hope they sleep!

Daniel, Miguel and Anibal made our trip so memorable. The entertainment crew is the best. Vanessa & Luisa & Karla were the best hosts and helped us out several times! Request Omar as a waiter if you can! His specialty at the Italian restaurant was so good. Jesus was so sweet to let us eat last minute before our departure. :) & def get a mojito/espresso martini from Adan and Erick. They’re the sweetest!

What a great week! Staff was warm and welcoming, and I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the facility was clean and maintained. The beach may be short but I loved it. Casanova and Mario kept me hydrated (well, sort of...🍹🧃🧋😎). The pools are an option if you're not into beach.The restaurants were all very good to excellent. Most days I skipped lunch, although you can have a small pizza delivered to the beach. I also had two great massages and enjoyed a bit of time at the sauna (reasonable extra charge). I had a great time, especially solo, and think it is important to note that despite news reports to the contrary, I never felt unsafe during my stay. Looking forward to a return visit.

Pior experiência de todas, funcionários super grosso não respeita , quando ve que brasileiros ignora, não recomendo de forma nenhuma , quartostodos com problemas, troquei 3 vezes de quarto comida fraca limitada, praia sem estrutura , 1 garçom para servir piscina e praia, fui tratado como animal,responsável Carlos chamou meu grupo de ladrão onde os proprios garçom deixou americanos entra na festa sem reserva depois de pagar propina comendo a comida que foi reservado hotel ruim funcionários ruim tudo ruim

No recomiendo! Hotel estilo "ejecutivo" poco atractivo, ambientación antigua. Poca variedad enlas comidas, preguntan si tienes alergias cada vez que visitas los restaurantes a las cuales no prestan real atención. 4 noches, 1 araña en el pasillo muerta toda la estadia. Visitamos en noviembre, las piscinas del hotel no se pueden utilizar ya que quedan a la sombra constantemente por la altura de los edificios.Obvio que hay personal muy amable, algunas chicas que trabajan en los restaurantes, Yantal, Mario quien esta en la parte de la playa, amorosos

Amazing stay at Sandos Cancun The staff are outstanding and work so hard to make your vacation perfect Daniel brings fantastic high energy nightly entertainment and multiple daytime activities. He really goes out of his way to make you feel included and welcome.Andres and Aucile made every meal and beverage special by remembering our names and details. If you need anything at all the concierge is amazing! He can literally arrange anything! Food was fantastic- menu is a bit limited but still good Cleanliness- on point Very comfortable rooms and staff are quick to respond to requests like more water or maintenance. The spa was exquisite and we had a very relaxing luxurious couples massage. The beach is beautiful soft sand with no rocks. Vendors on the beach are respectful offering their goods and leaving with a simple no thank you. Check in and covid testing was made simple and straightforward. Staff were always masked This is our second time staying at Sandos Cancun and we will stay again for sure.

Everybody makes special moments and make us feel involved. The DJ was amazing, he makes us dance all night every day. The entertainment team were far beyond expectations, Pamela, Daniel and Anibal were so friendly. Singer was mind blowing .

My first visit to Mexico was amazing and it was because of the phenomenal staff at Sandos Resort. They made our visit truly magical. From the moment we arrived at the resort we were greeted by the beautiful scenery and amazing staff. Everyone there made our first visit to Mexico unforgettable. There are quite a few amenities to enjoy at the hotel ( my favorite was the spa, my masseuse Maria hands are blessed by God my massage and facial were amazing). If you don't care too much for the spa you can enjoy the pool, or walk to the private beach ( about a six minute walk), the tennis court, or stop at the poolside bar, take a trip to the mall and or stay in and enjoy room service. You can also take advantage of one or more of the many excursions. Whether you want to play in the beautiful Caribbean blue sea or visit the Maya ruins they have something for everyone.

Sou Brasileiro e notei que é um resort para Americanos, ninguém sabe falar nada em português. Serviço de quarto, alimentação e bebidas excelente. Os jantares temáticos achei bem ruim o baile de gala. O Buffet é razoável mas falta opção. Teve 2 garçons bem ruins e o restante muito bons e atenciosos. Teve 2 dias que o bar da Piscina onde fica frente ao mar fecharam para manutenção, achei péssimo pois era o local mais legal e eu perdi 2 dias sendo que paguei um absurdo. Banheiro estava entupido. Praia limpa mas sem serviço de praia algum e não tem som para deixar local animado... Resumindo: muito bom mas não volto nunca mais.

🇧🇷🇲🇽 O hotel é excelente e quero voltar no ano seguinte, com minha família. Tem muita animação durante o dia e a noite tem festa no bar one. A animação é boa com o Daniel e Sthefany, a recepção é incrível e resolvem tudo! O serviço de quarto é excelente. As alimentações são muito boas com muitas opções, são vários restaurantes no hotel. Os garçons que servem bebidas no restaurante da piscina são muito simpáticos e animados. E a pizza também, muito boa.Eu recomendo a todos.El hotel es excelente quero regressar para el año siguiente, com mi familia, la fiesta ea muy Buena, animacion és Bueno com Daniel de animacion, recepcion és incrible y solucionan todo!! We had a very good experience here for our honeymoon. The facilities could use some updating, but it seems they are in the process of doing that. The entertainment team was the best part of our stay, especially Daniel “Danny”. We had a blast playing volleyball with him and he was very engaging to the whole group around the pool. We also got massages at the spa and Teresa and angel were magicians with their hands!The food was slightly disappointing. The buffet for breakfast was alright, pretty much the same food options every morning. Don’t go to the dinner buffet as it is pretty bad. But, we loved the Japanese restaurant, definitely our favorite!

Great resort for a couple. Nothing really for kids to do. Enjoyed the steak restaurant, although the Japanese was our favorite. The resort is aged but very clean. Live entertainment every night was great. Staff was was on point, we never wanted for anything. Breakfast buffet was good, with a big selection. The dinner buffet not so great. Definitely go with one the restaurants over the dinner buffet. Anyway overall great experience.

I had the most fun I’ve ever had on a vacation here and I travel regularly. The food was exactly what I would expect for all inclusive at the buffet but the Japanese restaurant was amazing. The staff was truly increasingly and the drinks were outstanding. Fabian, the bartender, was an amazing mixologist and knew exactly how to make all of the unique drinks we ordered and was happy to tweak them at our request as we. Stephanie and Anibal were always the life of the place between water aerobics in the morning or getting everyone out to dance at night. The staff as a whole was friendly and welcoming and always accommodating. The resort is located close anything you may need as well, including a local flea market for souvenirs. You cannot beat this place, and even better yet, it’s hard to beat their price.

I went there for my friend's bachelor's party we had a really awesome time the food & drinks there were fantastic and the entertainment was on point! The hotel is super nice and they have fun activities like volleyball in the pool I am a really competitive guy but the girl in charge Pamela was super sweet and reminded me that ''It's just a game'' shes an amazing employee and she definitely loves her job and working there, the way she always had a smile while working you could tell she treats it like home. overall a really great Experience everyone was super friendly and really helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun getaway!

Passei minha lua de mel neste hotel e foi uma decepção. As piscinas são boas, a cama confortável, só. O atendimento é péssimo: com exceção de 2 funcionários Erick (piscina) e Davi (gerente) - todos prestam um atendimento terrível, são grosseiros e mal humorados. O café da manhã é fraco. Os 4 restaurantes nunca funcionam simultaneamente (fazem rodízio) e você não tem opção. O restaurante "Francês" tem o mesmo cardápio todos os dias em que está aberto.Na piscina você só pode pedir pizza, não tem sanduíche , nem porções. O hotel não tem sequer um sorvete! O serviço de quarto só arruma a cama(que aliás tem lençol e um cobertor fininho dos antigos), nem um copo ou xícara suja tiram do lugar. Detalhe: o hotel não tem praia, foi engolida pelo mar. Restam apenas algumas "camas" juntas no pouco espaço entre o mar e a areia. Ficam aglomeradas e você não consegue chegar até elas, há uma barreira de areia para escalar. Se você procura um hotel para ter mais conforto do que em sua casa e não se estressar não vá ao Sandos .

Really good. The place is really well built, the rooms are magnificent. Food is good in the restaurants but not so in the buffet or the pool bar. Drink wise I wasn't so pleased. Sometimes they use pretty cheep alcohol. You have to ask for a better and tonic for them to serve you decent gin.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff can't do enough for you. The food was excellent with no queues at the buffet (unlike some places we've been) and it feels like a restaurant, not a canteen. Recommend the tuna steak in Seasons restaurant. This is the first Sandos hotel we have used and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks to Vicky & Elizabeth for persuading us to join the family 😊😊

We had an incredible time at Sandos Cancun. The staff were amazing, the food was excellent and the property was extremely well kept! Although all of the staff were amazing, there are a few who stood out on our trip. Ivan, Richard and Ana kept us entertained around the beach and pool. They were super friendly and welcoming. They genuinely cared about our experience and did whatever they could to make sure we were having a good time! Sergio was by far the best bartender that I have had the pleasure of meeting! Not only did he make us awesome cocktails, but we were able to do a private tequila tasting/education session with him. He made our trip truly great! Thank you Sandos for a great time. We will definitely be back! Please continue to invest in your staff as they all seem to truly care about making people happy, comfortable and relaxed.

Really chill hotel. Good to relax, on the quiet side but still quite a few activities. Ivan from the Entertainment team was amazing! Such a good spirit and always happy and motivating I'd only say the wifi could be better and the music around the pool a bit more varied. But definitely a good place to stay.

We loved our first time stay. The hospitality, Large rooms and bathroom area. Beautiful pool area, service at the pool quick and constant, fun activities day and evening big super bowl party, live band in another bar area with dancing on another night. The food was very good. Catered to all pallets selection-wise and the specialty restaurants were excellent also with great presentation. We tried them all. Chefs did a great job. While it was older it was updated, clean, with fast elevators, and very accommodating.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff and very good room service. Facility is dated but maintained well. Pools are nice with lots of beds and lounge chairs. There were lots of activities to keep us busy and have lots of fun. Get up early to reserve your spot on beach/pool beds. Our valentine weekend was filled with a great performance and dance parties. Spa was outstanding and priced reasonable. We ate at every restaurant and never had one complaint....very good service as well. We would defiantly come back as our 5 night stay was just what we needed, relaxation and wonderful friendly service! Not to mention the cold beverages and sun/fun!
