Hotel muito bom, boa localização, comida muito boa, staf. Muito atencioso .. Recomendo ..... Boa qualidade preço .. Pena só o parque para carros ser um pouco caro e ter poucos lugares ....

Hospede-se no final de julho a meados de agosto no Hotel Sandos Monaco. Uma equipa muito profissional e atenciosa. Sentimo-nos seguros: higiene impecável e distanciamento alimentar. Um hotel a recomendar mesmo durante este período difícil. Muito obrigado. Obviamente, estaremos de volta.

Fantástico hotel e o spa é incrível. Nós amamos a nossa mini-pausa que estávamos tão relaxados o tempo todo. A atmosfera no hotel era adorável e nos sentimos muito bem cuidados. A comida era deliciosa e as juntas de carne eram sempre cozidas com perfeição. Obrigado por um ótimo feriado.

Me parece uno de los mejores hoteles de Benidorm. Todo está muy limpio, y el trato del personal es excelente. Está situado a 5 minutos andando de la playa y de cualquier otra cosa, ya que está en el centro. El buffet es excelente, de calidad, todo fresco o recién hecho y además incluye bebida, lástima que no ofrezcan café más que en el desayuno. El spa está muy bien para ser de un hotel y tiene de todo.Muy recomendable.

The hotel is in a good position, three minute walk to the beach and close to the old town. The bars and clubs are 5 mins away just far enough not to be a nuisance. The hotel itself is well laid out, it has good access to the main areas and lifts that are not too busy. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good variety of food catering for vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

Fantastic hotel and the spa is amazing. We loved our mini break we were so relaxed the whole time. The atmosphere at the hotel was lovely and we felt very well looked after. Food was delicious and the joints of meat were always cooked to perfection. Thank you for a great holiday.

The best hotel I have stayed in Benidorm in! No doubt! Everything was just so good! Adults only so don't try to book if you have kids. You wont be disappointed

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca del centro y de la playa de Levante. Tranquilo y acogedor. Buena comida y muy variada. Personal muy atento y amable. El spa está muy bien. No está incluido en el precio, pero tienen buenas ofertas y merece la pena pasar a relajarse.

Excelente localização - a menos de 10 minutos da praia e uma distância semelhante à Praça Inglês ... Mas longe da azáfama de Benidorm. Realmente inteligente, moderno hotel - você pode dizer que é apenas 10 anos de idade. Alimentos no All Inclusive foi bom - I've melhor com uma ampla seleção - mas certamente não foi bad. O Select Lounge para o álcool de marca premium ilimitado e self-service é absolutamente valeu a pena!

Convenci mais dois casais para virem comigo para Sandos Monaco Benidorme, e mal cheguei colocaram um desses casais num quarto de uma só pessoa (single),Fiquei muito chateado pois já era o sexto ano consecutivo que pra lá vou . Depois a comida o que se passa? Nada do que era até ao ano passado. Primeiros tres dias ainda mais ou menos, depois comida mais fraca e muito igual e o peixe de muito fraca qualidade. Eu queria continuar a ir para o Hotel porque ainda tem algumas coisas boas principalmente todo o staff . Vejam lá não deixem cair as ESTRELAS que ainda têm.

Great location - under 10 minutes to the beach and a similar distance to the English Square... But away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. Really smart, modern hotel - you can tell it's only 10 years old. Food in the All Inclusive was good - I've had better with a broader selection - but it certainly wasn't bad. The Select Lounge for the unlimited, self-service premium brand alcohol is absolutely worth it!

First time going here and I must say it is a amazing place, staff are friendly rooms are nice and both food and drink is great. Entertainment could be better and the sunbed situation could be improved but other then that I would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel, great staff, clean and tidy. Generous breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Nice entertainments and happenings. Adults only! A 10 min walk to Benidorms old town and just a short walk to the beach. This is a gem to return to!

Had our first holiday going away at Christmas here and loved it. It's a really nice clean hotel with excellent staff all round. Ideally situated for walks all around Benidorm. They put on a fantastic Christmas day with amazing food and treats at the table, in fact breakfast, lunch and evening meals were great. We had a laugh at the Christmas music though, day one, oh this Christmas music is so nice, classic Christmas tunes, day two, ahh, so nice, day three, hmm, this again, day four, please, please put something else on. There was an array of evening entertainment ranging from excellent to one or two comically bad ones, but it was enjoyable non the less. All in would highly recommend it.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Benodorm. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very very friendly. I am disabled but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the beef is outstanding. I have been here before and it is better than I remember.

Beautiful all included 4 start hotel in Benidorm. Good service, clean rooms, nice entertainment program even in “low season” time. The beach is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, city center is 10 minutes. Public transport stop is in 2 minutes walk for local buses, 2 minutes walk for the long distance buses, 10 minutes by taxi or bus for tram station.

Se olvidan de la gente con problemas de alérgenos, tal que pasan los días y aún así no ponen remedios tanto para celíacos cómo para otras alergias, cómo la lactosa o la proteína etc.. en su página web lo dejas apuntado en mayúsculas, les llamas para avisar, lo dejas dicho en recepción al hacer el Check in y luego al maître y al cocinero pero aún después de pagar un todo incluido nos encontramos que en el buffet no hay ni un plato para dichas alergias. El hotel en si está bien, la piscina es bonita y se está de lujo, los entrenamientos en ella están de fábula gracias a su animadora Romina, y la noche con los espectáculos está bien gracias a Judith...

Mis mejores vacaciones. El hotel es encantador. Las vistas desde la habitación dan ganas de vivir. Muy limpio. El personal muy profesional, atento y simpático, sobre todo los chicos de recepción. La comida es muy variada y exquisita. Hotel Todo incluido y solo para adultos, ¿qué más se puede pedir si buscas descansar? El spa no es muy grande pero está estupendo y las chicas que trabajan en él son maravillosas. Yo lo recomiendo, sin dudas, y volvería ya!
