Nice hotel, limpo e de boa qualidade. Mas eu apreciei que era automático oferecer àqueles que não querem álcool uma alternativa não alcoólica ao jantar. Um pouco chato de tomar água sozinho, enquanto todo mundo é servido, e ninguém se incomoda em perguntar se você quer outra coisa..🙁

Na confirmação da reserva que recebi dizia que havia uma geladeira no quarto, não era. Quando notei isso para a senhora na recepção, ela apenas disse que alguns quartos têm geladeiras e outros não. Como um gesso na ferida, pegamos um refrigerador de vinho cheio de cubos de gelo que poderíamos encher na barra. Os colchões nos beliches eram muito duros. As camas de casal eram ajustáveis com controle remoto, as crianças queriam testar como funcionavam e depois de um tempo a cama estava completamente dobrada e o controle remoto não funcionava mais. Entramos em contato com a recepção para trocar a bateria e, depois de um tempo, fomos informados de que estavam sem bateria. Dissemos que não podíamos dormir assim, mas não havia boa vontade para resolver o problema, o café da manhã estava impecável, pesava um pouco para o outro. O quarto era pequeno e apertado, tínhamos um quarto familiar. Estávamos no 8º andar, com pouca oportunidade de ventilação, ar quente e ruim que era, difícil dormir. O hotel também não tem estacionamento anexo, então você tem que pagar pelo estacionamento nas proximidades.

Éramos uma família de 4 pessoas que estavam em trânsito. Pedimos antes da chegada (check-in) para obter um quarto silencioso, longe do barulho da rua / restaurante. Deram-nos um quarto diretamente acima do restaurante ao ar livre do hotel e houve barulho de lá até depois da meia-noite. O hotel não dispõe de sistema de estacionamento. Também não recebemos ajuda para encontrar alternativas. Plus para um bom café da manhã (mas havia muitos convidados ao mesmo tempo lá).

Wonderful hotel not far from the port of Skibladner and Vikingeskipet.Domkirkeodden is about a 40 minutes walk away. The only challenge is to get a parking spot in the garage. Surface parking is fairly expensive. Several shops and shopping centres nearby. Good beds and breakfast.

Ok Hotel, slightly chaotic service at the bar/restaurant, strange infrastructure in the hotel, very good breakfast, good and cleanroom (though cold and temp cannot be changed without a call to the reception), good beds.

The problems started after we checked in. We found an 8cm knife blade in the toilet, that clearly had been there for some time, as it had started to rust and stain the porcelain. The cleaner was in our corridor and I asked here if they hadn't cleaned the room and told her what I found... She came into the room, flushed the knife blade and suggested she clean I the bathroom again with chlorine. I rejected and went to the reception. They were somewhat apologetic and after some ifs and buts they agreed to change our room.The rooms did not look like the pictures. They were dusty, there was debris lying around and on the heater and they were small.The breakfast was also disastrous. We're still in a pandemic and the restaurant was filled with people and no employees seen to restrict and guide the guests. We turned around and went out for breakfast instead.First and definetly last stay at Scabdic Hamar. Avoid.

Inaceptably bad customer service. Despite complaining twice at the counter about high temperature in our room (and other rooms as well as we understood after talking with other people at the same floor) despite asking for a solution, either opening the window or increasing the AC, nothing was done or attempted. The employee denied even coming up to check the situation in our room. This is totally unacceptable of a four star hotel and of its staff.

Un hotel más de la cadena scandi, muy presente a lo largo y ancho de Noruega, ubicado cerca del gran lago Mjosa, sin grandes derroches en lo referente a lujo y comidas, pero correcto.
