“Location is great. Internet did not work. Staff kept saying they were "working on it", but no resolution. We checked out early because of this. Manager refused refund of prepaid nights for early checkout so disputing w credit card.”

“The staff was friendly. The shower door was broken and gross. The carpet was so dirty that we couldn't walk barefoot. The towels were tiny and insufficient. Our key wouldn't work, even when they gave us new ones. We had to be let in. And then we were woken up by house keeping.”
