“While the beds are comfy and the room is clean. The major reason we booked this hotel is because of the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The pictures show they have an indoor pool. The MAP IN THE HOTEL ROOM BOOK shows they have a pool, yet they don't.
When we went down searching for said pool after we were unable to locate it I asked front desk where it was at she responded with the fact that there wasn't one. That I should have called down to the front desk. Ummmmm why? The hotel map shows me where to go.”

“Esta foi a minha segunda vez em ficar aqui e eles definitivamente têm baratas. A primeira vez que estive aqui fui fazer xixi à noite e quando acendi a luz havia baratas rastejando na parede. Eu acidentalmente reservei este hotel novamente em vez do que fica em Eastchase e esqueci o incidente até que voltei tarde da noite, entrei no banheiro e vi 2 baratas rastejando ao redor do balcão do banheiro. O corredor fede. O elevador está abafado e mofado. Tudo o que você vê é a equipe no saguão sentada e fofocando em vez de trabalhar. É difícil conseguir toalhas e os quartos em geral simplesmente não pareciam mais limpos depois de ver o problema da barata. Definitivamente, não recomendo.”
