“Minha experiência de check-in foi HORRÍVEL! O concierge correu meu cartão várias vezes, alegando que meu cartão não lia. Quando, na verdade, toda vez que ela passava, meu cartão era cobrado. Então, para piorar as coisas, o quarto que reservei não era o mesmo que recebi, e me disseram que nenhuma acomodação seria feita. A mulher que cobrou mais do meu cartão não demonstrou simpatia. O gerente se desculpou muito, mas o estrago já estava feito. Recomendo que o concierge receba treinamento de atendimento ao cliente com rapidez! Acabei ficando em outro hotel. Muito decepcionado com o serviço que recebi. Agora tenho que esperar de 5 a 7 dias úteis para obter uma cobrança de $ 900 creditada de volta em meu cartão. Estragou totalmente o 14º aniversário das minhas filhas.”

“First off I was charged a different rate then what I was told when I reserved the room.The lady behind the desk wanted to argue about everything!!!The internet is absolutely trash, the pool wasn’t clean, the deposit they want instead of putting your card on file is absolutely ridiculous.Honestly we gave it a shot and some places just aren’t worth the money you pay. Just wanted to put Elaine is the name of the lady who was at the front desk and apparently her management was standing next to her as she acted the way she did towards customers.Honestly don’t go here they put holds on your accounts and leaves you without access to the money.This place is garbage.”
