Hotel Swisstotel Resort phuket é relativamente um hotel antigo, mas localizado muito perto da praia de Patong. Embora seja antigo, a limpeza e a atualização estão em andamento. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. A equipe da recepção especialmente o contador de viagens foram muito paciente e deu muitas dicas úteis durante a nossa estadia no hotel. Existem 2 lojas convenientes ao longo do hotel e um salão de massagens, juntamente com um bar de bebidas ao lado do hotel. A massagem é boa e valor para o dinheiro. No lado esquerdo do hotel é para a praia, no lado direito, é hooters e mercado noturno.

Teve um ótimo tempo foram nice e o devolução fez um excelente trabalho. A equipe é muito organizada e prestativa. O café da manhã foi excelente ea comida era boa. Área da piscina foi nice impecáveis relaxar. O bar da piscina guy nomeado jhon foi muito atenciosa e cortês ele foi sempre educada e catalãs iam da mistura drinques que procuram após as pessoas enquanto também ser um bom mentor para o Otger equipe enquanto ser geladas e descontraído. Eu voltaria lá e ficaria. Com certeza.

Hotel de pura excelência! Um hotel muito bom. Nós já estivemos lá 4 vezes, e nunca nos arrependemos! Localização um pouco barulhenta por causa do café Hard Rock ao lado, mas por outro lado, serviço impecável, restaurante e comida buffet realmente muito bom com variedades tailandesas ou ocidentais para satisfazer a todos. Perto de muitas praias e telhado realmente bonito com vistas magníficas.

Ótimo hotel. Ótima localização. Faltam apenas 2 a 5 minutos para ir à praia, mas aconselho que você não seja preguiçoso e caminhe pela praia por 2 km e há muita água mais limpa. Se você deixar o hotel à esquerda, chegará ao mercado de rua. Vá 1 minuto e você chega a cafés de rua. Cozinhe bem na sua frente. Eu aconselho você a ir. O hotel em si tem boa comida. Eu só tomei café da manhã. Café saboroso, bolos. Mesa separada com cozinha indiana. Ótimas frutas. Mas o quarto tinha uma barata ....

Um bom hotel, que foi um ótimo lugar para voltar depois de estar na umidade. Há uma academia e duas áreas de piscina e um extenso buffet de café da manhã, que foi incluído em nosso pacote de acomodações. O hotel também estava muito limpo. O destaque para mim foi a equipe, eles fizeram tudo ao seu alcance para garantir que nossas férias fossem gratificantes. Um grande grito para John no bar da piscina e Bee no balcão de turismo. Tão amigável. Eles merecem um enorme payrise.

A nice hotel, which was a great place to come back to after being out in the humidity. There is a gym and two pool areas and an extensive buffet breakfast, whichwas included in our accommodation package. The hotel was really clean too. The stand out for me was the staff, they did everything in their power to make sure our holiday was fulfilling. A big shout out to John from the swim up pool bar and Bee from the tours desk. So so friendly. They deserve a HUGE payrise.

The hotel is very near to patong beach. You can walk and go to the beautiful beach. Even though receptionist made me wait for almost 2 hours to give the room, the room was neat and clean.

We spent three great days at Swissotel Phuket Patong. It was the perfect combo of kid friendly for our daughter (kids club, activities and pools) and adult friendly for us, with recently renovated rooms and an awesome breakfast buffet. We loved that there was tons to do at the hotel but it was also centrally located in Patong, only a block from the beach! Perfect place to stay in Patong!

I stayed in a newly renovated room. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the huge bath. Where this place really does well is with their customer service. Without exception, all staff members I had contact with were fantastic. I'll 100% choose to stay here again next time I'm in Patong.

Very good visit to this hotel, it was first time staying at Swissotel but have visited many accor properties and this did not disappoint. Very personal service at this hotel, at the checkin counter after paperwork was complete, the girl working at front desk personally escorted us to our rooms and explained every detail of the hotel and waited for our luggage to arrive. Location is amazing, very close to everything and no noise at all so can get a very good nights sleep. Two swimming pools I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool on level 7. This hotel has a lounge for members and can also be accessed by everyone if paid, I have to give a special mention to everyone involved in this lounge as it is absolutely amazing. Free water, tea and coffee all day and 5-7pm canapés, beers, cocktails and wine. Roxane and Maria from the lounge greeted us everyday with a big smile and by our names. All the staff in the hotel extremely nice and polite, very good service. Breakfast has a very good selection and many choices for everyone. I was a bit disappointed to see many people taking food with their hands and not using utensils although this is no fault of the hotel, there are many signs asking people to follow this basic common courtesy. I have read some previous reviews complaining about towels missing and room service, to be honest I did experience this also on one day, I mentioned it to a member of the team and within 2 minutes I had a fresh delivery of all towels. Overall if there was an option for 6 stars I would give all 6, thanks to all members for the Swissotel team Patong.

Time to relax Stayed at the Swissotel patong for the second time. And was welcomed like an old Friend. I have traveled Asia for quite a few years and I have to say it’s highly recommended as a place to visit the hotel staff could not be any more accommodating. Especially Yui and Tong mo the coffee barista s who made our coffee every morning with the biggest smiles and attention for a great coffee we’re my highlight every morning Great coffee . We hired a car from the orange car Phuket for some days. the price was very reasonable including having it delivered to and collected from our hotel Thank you once again

Hotel Swisstotel Resort phuket is relatively an old hotel but located very near the Patong beach. Though it's old, its clean and upgrading is in progress. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception especially the travel counter were very patient and gave many useful tips during our stay at the hotel. There are 2 convenient stores along the hotel and a massage salon together with a drinking bar just next to the hotel. The massage is good and value for money. On the left side of the hotel is to the beach, on the right side, is hooters and night market.

Had a great time rooms were nice and the cleaners did a great job. The staff are very organised and helpful. The breakfast was great and the food was good. The pool area was nice clean relaxing. The pool bar guy named jhon was very helpful and courteous he was always polite and went the extra mile from mixing drinks looking after people while also being a good mentor for the otger staff while being chilled and relaxed. I would go back there and stay. For sure.

We stayed for two nights. Excellent stay at a prime location. All facilities of a 5 star are available. Staffs are courteous and quick in serving guests. Spread of breakfast was also decent with good veg options. Hotel has a seperate floor dedicated to kids ...so it's equally good for families. Patong beach is two minutes from the hotel. Bangla Road and Central Mall are also in 15 minutes walk. Many options of food massage ...shopping just outside the hotel... Hence highly recommended .. Thanks

The Swissotel in Patong was very nice indeed. We had a one Bedroom Suite with VIP Access to the Lounge. The rooms were well presented and optioned with 2 TVs one huge TV in the Bedroom, fridge, safe, sofa & a desk to work on . The Bathroom was Beautifull and there is lots of storage area. The location is next to Hard Rock Cafe and The Holiday Inn and could not here any noise. The VIP Lounge was great....private Breakfast in the morning and Cocktails and Yummy Finger Food in the late afternoon. You have to pace yourself otherwise you wont feel like going out at 7pm. Best of all were the Staff at the Hotel from the checkin to Room Service to the wonderful Staff that took care of us in the VIP Lounge. Happy Days.
