Amamos , realmente um Hotel boutique !!! Localização excelente , longe da loucura de south beach. Café da manhã completo. Único ponto ruim foi a bartender da piscina , remanente ela é inexperiente ao preparar drinks , nosso ficou muito ruim.

Very disappointing. We were here for our honeymoon, and it started off great. Warren is an amazing employee, and he helped us check in. Unfortunately, he wasn't there for the last few days of our stay.When they say this hotel is smoke-free, don't believe it. If it's important for you to stay at a smoke-free hotel for health reasons, do not stay here. No one enforces their smoke-free policy.I have asthma that's triggered by smoke, and the room next to ours was constantly smoking (both cigarette and marihuana) the last few days. The fact this hotel is supposedly smoke-free had been one of the reasons we picked it, but when I went to talk to front desk about this they basically told me "it was too bad I didn't say anything during the day because there was nothing they could do at night"All this after showing him my inhaler and explaining that I'm asthmatic and that the entire hallways and even my room smelled of smoke.The person at the front desk also said he had no rooms available for me because "there were no rooms of the same category left" and that "he could move me to a lower category room" which I think is ridiculous. What he should have done was offer me a higher category room if he didn't have the same one; but he didn't want to do that. In fact, he went and took me to the older side of the hotel and even tried to offer me one of those rooms! Said rooms were ancient and full of pollen and mildew, therefore I couldn't have stayed there either.He told me I should talk to Warren or Anthony the next day at a specific time in the morning to be assigned a different room, and when I went there, I couldn't find either. There was another man who after consulting with management wanted me to be ready to move rooms in less than half an hour, which wasn't a possibility for me because we had reservations for an activity and we couldn't stay. When we came back, switching rooms was no longer a possibility. Of course, the smoke was still there. No one offered an apology or compensation of any kind.Rooms were okay, but pretty basic. I liked the pool and the bar, but that's about it. The showers are very annoying, unnecessarily complicated to use.Will not be staying here again.

A equipe da frente era muito pouco profissional. Deixei minha estadia de 3 noites e recebi $ 700 de taxas extras além dos $ 300 de despesas extras. O gerente não conseguiu explicar as cobranças, então me colocou em espera abruptamente, e eu não consegui falar com ninguém depois disso porque minhas ligações continuaram sendo transferidas. No geral, seu atendimento ao cliente era um lixo e eles são completamente desrespeitosos. Economize seu tempo e dinheiro e vá para outro lugar.

Excelente hotel em South Beach. Hospedado aqui para uma despedida de solteira festa do dia do trabalho nos finais de semana. Tudo é alcançável. Piscina era ótima! Hotel era muito limpo e elegante. Definitivamente reservarei novamente b

Excellent hotel in south beach. Stayed here for a bachelorette party Labor Day weekend. Everything is walkable. Pool was great! Hotel was very clean and stylish. Will definitely book again b

Front staff was very unprofessional. Left my 3 night stay and got $700 of extra fees on top of the $300 incidentals. The manager couldn’t explain the charges, then placed me on hold abruptly, and i was not able to get a hold of anyone after that because my calls kept getting transferred. Overall their customer service was garbage and they’re completely disrespectful. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Recomendo este hotel! Não há nada negativo que eu possa dizer sobre isso, o serviço foi impecável, o hotel é em estilo boutique, moderno e limpo. A localização é excelente, a uma curta caminhada de tudo. Os dois jovens senhores na recepção (trabalha no turno do dia) foram acima e além de toda a nossa estadia, muito simpáticos, sempre alegres e disponíveis para ajudar em qualquer coisa. Obrigado! Nós definitivamente estaremos de volta

Highly recommend this hotel! There isn’t one negative thing I can say about it, the service was impeccable, the hotel is boutique style, modern and clean. The location is excellent, walking distance from everything. The two young gentlemen at the front desk (works the day shift) went above and beyond our whole stay, really friendly always cheerful and on hand to help with anything. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

A modern hotel with an active vibe, a 5-10 min walk to the beach. The hotel offers nice amenities such as rooftop swimming pool, free happy hour drink, free loaner bike, and fitness group class. I highly recommend riding a bike along the south beach. The front desk manager Warren was very friendly and gave us a room upgrade because of my elite member status.

Pésimo!!! Nadie se preocupa por ti como Pasajero, llegas, problemas para cancelar por las máquinas para pasar la tarjeta, nadie te sube tu equipaje, la habitación muy grande, pero hasta el tercer día recién fueron a hacer la cama y cambiar Toallas, en la recepción solo valía la pena un anfitrión! Carísimo, carísimo y me siento absolutamente desilusionada !!!

I would give it 4.5. The stay was great. I did find some hair in the shower on entering and in my sheets. I did not like that. Other than that the employees were awesome. I also did aclass of yoga and the instructor was awesome!!! The wifi was fast also. I stayed in the suite and it had plenty of space to stretch as well

Front desk was very nice. Pool was small , but there was a friendly crowd. Wasn't crazy about the drinks from the bartender. I felt like I've had better drinks before. One of the housekeeping women were mean and rude because my best friend accidentally got menstrual blood on the bed, saying if it happened again , she wasn't gonna change the sheets. I really liked the location of the hotel. Its a 6 min walk to the beach.Its so close by. I really like how its close to everything.

Ótimo lugar. Belo lobby. Robert nos cumprimentou e cuidou muito bem de nós. Tive dúvidas sobre a área e as opções de comida tarde da noite e ele nos ajudou muito com isso, certificando-se de que estávamos cientes de todas as comodidades disponíveis. Quarto era muito bom. Piscina absolutamente linda e você não pode superar a localização. Obrigado mais uma vez, Robert, pelo seu excelente serviço. Recomendo Kimpton Anglers!

Nice hotel na terceira grande rua do mar (o passeio). Escolhemos um quarto standard, que no site hotel.com foi fotografado com uma varanda, quando chegamos conseguimos um quarto no antigo prédio histórico, todo o quarto tinha um cheiro de mofo, insalubre e desagradável sensação de que você paga bastante bit, descemos para trocar de quartos e o gerente descobriu. Cheios de mofo e só nas áreas comuns eles cuidam de colocar toneladas de perfume), e ele vai nos mudar para uma sala semelhante no novo prédio, que ele esqueceu para dizer que o quarto não tem varanda e tem a metade do tamanho do quarto anterior. Meu parceiro e eu só pegamos um hotel com varanda e, por isso, insistimos no quarto quando reservamos, o gerente foi rude, revelou fatos não relacionados e nem mesmo se desculpou por simplesmente enganar as pessoas e não contar toda a verdade sobre os quartos e, finalmente, após uma troca de "fatos", conseguimos Quarto no novo prédio com varanda. Além disso, devo observar que a hospitalidade foi muito gentil, os quartos e o hotel eram limpos e o resto da equipe era muito agradável. Há uma piscina na cobertura - ótimo tratamento e diversão Lamento que, como resultado deste incidente, não irei retornar ao mesmo hotel e sugerir que cada cliente verifique cuidadosamente onde está a reserva, para que o gerente do hotel não grite com você "fatos" que não foram listados no site na reserva.É importante notar que o bolor não é uma questão estética, o bolor é um fungo que sai devido a alguma humidade, provoca alergias e dificuldade em respirar, o hotel e a empresa Kimpton deviam ter vergonha de ser este o nível que colocam neles , especialmente em tempos de coroa.Além da caixa de moldes, o hotel era bom. O design era deslumbrante. Não particularmente limpo. E os anfitriões não são particularmente úteis.Não recomendado para mim. Este serviço é acima de tudo.

Great place. Beautiful lobby. Robert greeted us and took amazing care of us. I had questions about the area and late night food options and he helped us out a great deal with that and making sure we were aware of all amenities available. Room was very nice. Pool absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Thank you again Robert for your excellent service. Highly recommend Kimpton Anglers!

This hotel is well located, has a great bar, and a wonderful pool. We stayed in one of the two-level suites and another room and loved the spaces. However, our rooms were in need of a "deep clean" and we only got basic cleaning when we called and asked, even though they told me they were back to housekeeping rooms every day. For the price, I expected the rooms to be a bit cleaner and nicer. If I went back to Miami I'd probably stay elsewhere.

This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. It has a cool, modern rustic vibe that is quite different than most of hotels I've stayed in. The atmosphere was awesome, they had daily complementary wine/sangria hour, bikes that were free to rent and towels and umbrellas for the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was only 2-3 blocks from Ocean Drive and the beach so it was very manageable to walk there for a bit. It also featured an amazing rooftop pool that went criminally underused by the patrons. Until about 11am, my wife and I were normally the only people out there, which was totally fine for us. The rooms (especially the rooms on the second floor that had secluded patios) were an awesome experience. The hotel staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with out AC not getting nearly as cool as it should. They had an engineer out to look at it without 15 minutes and partially fixed the issue, but we're immediately able to waive a size amount of the charges without hesitation or even us asking in one case. They also held out luggage the last day because of a late flight which was very helpful. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend anyone stay here to really elevate their stay in Miami Beach!
