“Visited the hotel on our honeymoon and the team really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had an incredible time. Midway through our stay, we had an issue with a noise in our room that couldn’t be easily fixed so the team ensured we moved to a different room and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Their doormen are super helpful with everything from local tips, directions and helping get a cab. The thing we loved most about the hotel - after its incredible decor - is its fantastic location. We walked everywhere from Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park from the location. If you’re looking to treat yourself, we definitely recommend it.”
