Os quartos do hotel são confortáveis; no entanto, os banheiros precisam ser detalhados conforme evidenciado pelos vários tons de branco a cinza escuro na argamassa. O pessoal é muito amigável. The hotel rooms are comfortable; however, the bathrooms need to be detailed as evinced by the varying shades of white to dark gray in the grout. The staff is very friendly. Check-in is a challenge due to limited parking. I had to go around the block at least six times until a space was available.

This was a lovely hotel! Staff very friendly. Nice, trendy lobby with a coffee bar in the mornings and a wine happy hour in the afternoons. A lovely courtyard outside. We found the room very nice. Other reviews mention updates needed, but this is to be expected in a historic district, it’s not going to be the same as a brand new hotel. That’s part of the charm. Would absolutely stay here again! An alternative to valet parking is street parking nearby, if you can find it, for which you pay via a parking app.

Other reviews mention updates needed, but this is to be expected in a historic district, it’s not going to be the same as a brand new hotel. That’s part of the charm. Viemos para o Brice em nossa lua de mel e Rodney mãos para baixo é o MELHOR! Tivemos uma boa conversa com ele e ele foi muito amigável e nos ensinou um pouco de história sobre o hotel. Sempre tivemos toalhas limpas em nosso quarto todos os dias e a localização é perfeita. Muito obrigado!

We came to the Brice on our honeymoon and Rodney hands down is the BEST! We had a nice conversation with him and he was so friendly and taught us a little history about the hotel. We always had fresh towels in our room every day and the location is perfect. Thank you so much!

Estávamos voltando de férias ruins e escolhemos este hotel. Rodney na recepção foi incrível e nos deu um crédito em nossa conta para alimentos para tentar tornar a estadia ótima para nós. Optamos por sair mais cedo e eles nos deixaram ir sem penalidade. Todo mundo que trabalhava lá era genuinamente legal. Não me lembro do nome da garota na recepção, mas ela também foi incrível.

Depois de ler muitos comentários sobre este hotel não estar a favor, fiquei um pouco desconfiado. Mas nós simplesmente amamos! Nós só estivemos na cidade uma noite, mas eu não poderia ter pedido uma estadia melhor. Chegamos às 20h para o check-in e Wanda foi extremamente acolhedora e prestativa. Nosso quarto era limpo e as camas eram super confortáveis. A cadeira estava um pouco desgastada, então se eu fosse dizer alguma coisa, seria que eles talvez substituíssem as cadeiras em alguns dos quartos. Mas isso não me incomodou como poderia para algumas pessoas. O café da manhã foi melhor do que nossas expectativas, e nosso servidor foi super amigável. Fizemos check-out em 12/10/2021, então esqueci o nome do servidor. A mulher da recepção também foi muito doce quando saímos. Estou feliz por ter lido as avaliações antes de fazer o check-in, porque há uma taxa de manobrista de $ 40 / noite. Há uma garagem a cerca de 2-3 quarteirões de distância que estacionamos e pagamos apenas $ 10 ($ 20 nas noites de fim de semana). Se o Brice considerasse diminuir sua taxa de manobrista, isso só os tornaria muito melhores.

Después de leer muchas críticas de que este hotel no estaba a favor, estaba un poco cauteloso. ¡Pero nos encantó! Solo estuvimos en la ciudad una noche, pero no podría haber pedido una mejor estadía. Llegamos a las 8 pm para registrarnos y Wanda fue extremadamente acogedora y servicial. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y las camas eran súper cómodas. La silla tenía un poco de desgaste, así que si tuviera que decir algo, sería que tal vez reemplacen las sillas en algunas de las habitaciones. Pero eso no me molestó como a algunas personas. El desayuno fue mejor que nuestras expectativas, y nuestro camarero fue super amable. Verificamos el 10/12/2021, así que olvido el nombre del servidor. La mujer de la recepción también fue muy dulce cuando hicimos el check out. Me alegro de haber visto las reseñas antes de registrarme, porque hay una tarifa de valet de $ 40 por noche. Hay un garaje de estacionamiento a unas 2-3 cuadras de distancia que estacionamos y solo pagamos $ 10 ($ 20 las noches de fin de semana). Si The Brice considerara disminuir su tarifa de valet, solo los haría mucho mejores.

We were on our way back from a bad vacation and just picked this hotel.Rodney at the front desk was amazing and gave us a credit on our account for food to try and make the stay great for us.We chose to leave early and they let us go without a penalty. Everyone that worked there was genuinely nice.I can't remember the girl at the front desks name but she was amazing also.

After reading a lot of reviews of this hotel not being in favor, I was a little wary. But we absolutely loved it! We only were in town one night, but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We arrived at 8pm to check in and Wanda was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The chair did have a little wear/tear so if I were to say anything, it would be that they maybe replace the chairs in some of the rooms. But that didn’t bother me like it might to some people. The breakfast was better than our expectations, and our server was super friendly. We checked out 10/12/2021, so I forget the name of the server. The woman at the front desk was also very sweet when we checked out. I’m glad I looked at reviews before checking in, because there is a $40/night valet fee. There is a parking garage about 2-3 blocks away that we parked and only paid $10 ($20 on weekend nights). If The Brice considered decreasing their valet fee, it would only make them that much better.

Localização absolutamente linda no lado leste das ruas E Bay e Houston, perto de uma pequena praça com enormes carvalhos e perto de tudo! Incrivelmente tranquilo para localização turística movimentada com sensação de atmosfera pacífica. O hotel em si é chique-moderno e bem equipado com jardim interno aberto. Kimpton Brice oferece estadia GRÁTIS para animais de estimação e isso é muito conveniente quando se viaja com animais de estimação! A razão pela qual não posso dar 4 ou 5 estrelas que eu realmente quero, é o atendimento ao cliente. Existem áreas no hotel completamente sujas! Mesmo no meu quarto notei 2 manchas enormes no tapete e na cadeira, poeira de alguns meses nos cantos do quarto e atrás da cama. Parece que o gerente de limpeza nunca verificou o quarto depois que as governantas fizeram um trabalho muito ruim. Fiz o check-in por volta das 15h30 e informei imediatamente a recepção sobre a sujeira. Demorou 3 horas, 2 ligações telefônicas e 2 visitas ao FD antes que alguém aparecesse. Em seguida, o secador de cabelo parou de funcionar assim chamado e pediu outro e a arrumação demorou 30 minutos para entregar. Isso tudo não é aceitável para hotel de 4 estrelas e mostra habilidades de gerenciamento fracas. No geral, o hotel e a localização são lindos, mas falta de Atendimento ao Cliente.

Minha esposa e eu amamos Savannah. O Brice Hotel é um hotel incrível. Grande mais é cachorros. Big quartos espaçosos e limpos, camas confortáveis. e serviço fenomenal da equipe de manobrista, recepção e serviço de limpeza. Comida deliciosa no restaurante. Ótima piscina e área de pátio. Em frente ao histórico Emmet Park e apenas a 2 quarteirões da rua do rio. Definitivamente vamos estar de volta!

Minha estada começou um pouco enferrujada. Difícil de conseguir meu quarto a tempo, só perdi o vinho porque o cara da recepção saiu no meio do check-in para pegar o vinho de outra pessoa, os quartos eram super pequenos, sem café da manhã grátis, ninguém os limpava por três dias, então meu o carro estava estacionado no meio de duas pistas com tráfego de ambos os lados (estranho quando você tem uma criança de 4 anos, especialmente) e minha escavação ficou presa na cama! Eu também fiquei um pouco perplexo com os altos preços de estacionamento com manobrista que você tem que usar. De qualquer forma, acabou sendo um grande momento. Houve algumas razões para isso. Eu amei quase todos nesta cidade. Eu amei o local. Eu amei a maioria do pessoal da recepção com quem conversei depois disso, eles foram tão gentis e prestativos, especialmente o homem afro-americano de olhos azuis brilhantes. Eu amei sua personalidade e sua bondade. Eu não usei, mas a área da piscina era charmosa e, embora eu tenha cobrado o quarto pela comida que já paguei, o restaurante tinha potencial. Estava delicioso e tinha opções veganas. Eu peguei o vinho no segundo dia. Embora pequenos, os quartos tinham um charme histórico. O que mais? É perto do distrito do rio E os cães vêm de graça. Eu voltaria com certeza.

My stay started off a little rusty. Hard to get my room in time, just missed wine because the guy at front desk left in middle of checking me in to get someone else wine, the rooms were super small, no free breakfast, no one cleaned them for three days, then my car was parked in the middle of two lanes with traffic from both sides (freaky when you have a 4 year old especially) and my dig got stuck IN the bed! I also was a bit bewildered at the high valet parking prices you have to use. Anyway, regardless, it ended up being a great time. There were a couple of reasons for that. I loved almost everyone in this city. I loved the location. I loved most of front desk folk I talked to after that, they were so kind and helpful especially the bright blue eyed African American man. I loved his personality and his kindness. I didn’t use it but the pool area was charming and though I was charged on room for food I already paid for, the restaurant had potential. It was delicious and had vegan options. I did get the wine on the second day. Though small the rooms had historical charm. What else? It’s right by the river district AND dogs come free. I’d come again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful location on east side of E Bay and Houston streets, close to little square with huge oak trees and waking distance to everything! Amazingly quiet for busy touristic location with sense of peaceful atmosphere. Hotel itself is chic-modern and well appointed with open indoor garden. Kimpton Brice offers FREE PET STAY and this is so convenient when traveling with pets! The reason I can’t give 4 or 5 stars which I really want to, is customer service. There are areas in the hotel completely dirty! Even in my room I noticed 2 huge stains on carpet and chair, dust from few months in corners of room and behind the bed. Looks like Housekeeping Manager never checked room after housekeepers did really poor job. I checked in around 3:30 PM and informed Front Desk right away about dirt. It took 3 hours, 2 phone calls and 2 visits to FD before someone showed up. Next, hair dryer stopped to work so called and asked for another one and housekeeping took 30 minutes to deliver. This all is not acceptable for 4* hotel and shows poor Management Skills. Overall, hotel and location is gorgeous but lack of Customer Service.

My wife and I Love Savannah. The Brice Hotel is an Awesome Hotel. Big plus it is dog friendly. Big Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds. and Phenomenal service from Valet staff, front desk and housekeeping. Delicious food at the restaurant. Nice pool and patio area. Across from historic Emmet Park and just 2 blocks away from river street . Definitely We'll be back!!

Lugar bien ubicado, acogedor buena vibra, pero el aseo de los cuartos .... En plena pandemia .... Deja mucho que desear mi refrigerador con contenedores a medio llenar del antiguo huésped, y la alfombra con tapas y basura. La verdad pagó un poco más para no tener estos inconvenientes. El parqueadero es con pagó adicional.

We stayed at Kimpton Brice for my friend's bachelorette party weekend. It was very well kept and the restaurant is very nice with good options and great food. The room was okay. Layout was a little strange and the cleanliness was decent, not great. There was mold in the shower and it was just not at the level you'd expect for the price. The courtyard was darling and the pool was very well kept. Overall, great experience.
