Teve uma empresa de 5000 pessoas Holiday e alugou um quarto. Foi uma experiência fantástica! Quarto era muito limpo, com mobiliário novo e moderno e encantador decorado. Tudo estava fresco e limpo. Atmosfera muito sofisticada. Nós tivemos uma garrafa de Champagne com morangos mergulhados de chocolate. Havia um espaço com poltronas confortáveis ​​e uma pequena mesa de café para nós aproveitarmos. A festa foi incrível, com muitos quartos com temas diferentes de música. Todos tinham escolhas onde estar. Alguns artistas de pintura e dança de rosto. Então o chão estava aberto para nós dançarmos. Foi divertido. Eu gostaria que houvesse mais assentos, eu me cansei de ficar de pé em meus saltos altos, foi bom ir para o quarto, recarregar e voltar a dançar!

Só melhoraria a sinalização dos quartos pq é um verdadeiro labirinto.

Hotel confortável e recheado de luxo, com quartos maiores do que o convencional de hoteis próximos em preço. Peca somente por cobrar taxa de entrega de encomendas, sem falar isso no site.

Black mold on their Air conditioner vent near the sidewalk. On hot summer days you can expect a sprinkle of smelly water misting down from here as you walk by. Update after 5 months, still no resolution. AC system spewing nasty water to the street , mold along side of building Update January 2021: still not fixed, block smells like sewage and moldy area has increased

On 12/19/20 I asked the front security guard for help. My phone died, I was superrrrr lost, I truly needed a cab. Your guard made some calls, and he got me a ride in like 10 minutes. I wasn't even a guest.

What a lovely hotel. I love everything about this place. The employees are very proffessional and polite. Very helpful when asked but otherwise not intrusive. Great places to eat footsteps from every exit. Would stay again and recommend.

Dated and dusty. Avoid this hotel! I haven’t stayed at this hotel pre covid and probably will not be returning. Our first room had a broken ceiling light and the entire room was very dated, covered in dust, and smelled musty. We got a second room, which was a much bigger/nicer layout room and improved smell, but unfortunately still very dusty and dated. I wiped down the night stands with my own wipes, but after moving the blanket to get into bed, the dust from the blankets swirled around everywhere and covered the nightstands in dust again (pictured below). Difficult to photograph the glass on the nightstand, but you get the idea. There are no amenities at the moment, just shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our room didn’t even have hand soap. There were only two pillows on the bed. Pretty disappointing considering this is a 4/5 star hotel and not cheap.

My husband and Iwere gifted a minimoon stay at your beautiful hotel. 1. We dined at the the Grill for dinner and was served by Steve. He was generous and accommodating. We were celebrating and I suddenly didn't feel well so he packed up our dinner.My husband enjoyed a picnic in our poolside room. 2. Brunch at the Fountain, I can't rave about this meal enough. Starting with the service, Sergio attentive but not intrusive. Always willing to go a step above, like shaking our bloody mary so Ididn'thave a toothache. 3. What great teamwork!Paul filled in for Sergio as we if we were his own. 4. Xiaofang Pu, assistant mgr. She was a gracious hostess. We felt like royalty. 5. The food! Absolutely delicious! Dinner.Lamb perfectly seasoned and grilled. Attention to details was evident, even the grilled broccoli tender and crisp. Brunch. Loved it! We will be back as often as possible. Fresh sweet oysters (NO grit!) Sushi rice was perfect! Ny steak was delicious and tender. Buttermilk pancakes and eggs benedicts made to order.Bottomless Belvedere bloody marys (shaken if you ask) 6. From the back of the house to the front, Attention todetails and teamwork was very evident at the restaurants. It made our stay pleasant and delicious. 7. The lobby and elevators had an unbearable noxious smell we had to hold our breathe. Possibly slit parfum. 8. Checked in after 4pm and had to wait for room which was not ready. a.Front desk was not helpful or accommodating.There are only 2 chairs in lobby. We found the pool and waited for there for a text that never came. 6pm I was tired and decided to call reception.Our room was ready. 9. We had checked our bags with the bellman upon arrival.When we went to claim them, it took 30mins and a Supervisor to find them. 10. The room. The bed was comfortable. The patio was dirty and littered with cigarette butts.The walls are thin, baby next door cried a lot. Definitely take the water reception offers. Tap water was salty and unpleasant, when used to brush our teeth. ***** to the restaurants from the kitchen staff to service to managment! They made our stay pleasant.

Este hotel WOW,es que se be tan bonito ahi, en verano y en navidad taan bonito que se be,y se ben muchisimas personas nuevas me imagino que son huespedes personas que bienen de otros estados y de otros paises a disfrutar de lo bonito que es el centro de San Jose CALIFORNIA en esos dias taan hermosos y especiales, bueno muchisimos lugares del mundo tan hermosos que son en realidad Dios es tan bueno con nosotros.

Starting from reservations, this hotel really has their manners and etiquette in place.So important to me as I travel that people are kind and look for the best value for your stay. Upon check in we were welcomed with a lovely welcome drink to use in their restaurant. Catherine at the front desk is tremendous. She also noticed I was traveling with family. Very important my family feels welcome and comfortable!She is always so kind, smiles, and is very very pleasant.We have traveled worldwide and really Catherine is one of the best customer service agents I have encountered.When people are kind and lovely it makes you feel better even though you may not be having a lovely day at all.She actually made our day better , thank you !! The fountain restaurant is delicious and the service impeccable.I love that a manager comes to check on things.Makes you feel that your voice matters. The rooms are lovely, clean, and ample! My Favorite hotel ! Thank you

Loved this hotel. Beautiful room design (I was told the South Wing recently went through rennovations). Comfortable beds, however pool was my favorite. I truly felt like a queen staying at this hotel. Having both a spacious tub and a shower was a nice touch! Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

We booked this trip to San Jose very last minute to see Wicked at the Performing Arts Center.If you are coming to San Jose to see a show, I highly recommend staying at the Fairmont!! The theater is about a 8 minute walk.It’s so convenient.I traveled with my 2 kids and the hotel is across the street from the tech institute which is also very convenient.We were so well taken care of here.Kashmira coordinated so many wonderful touches to our stay that made us feel so welcome.Everyone at the hotel from bell services, valet, housekeeping, waiters, andpool staff were so incredibly kind and hospitable. Kashmira greeted us with Evian water bottles and beautiful chocolates.There was a personal note waiting for us proving that she was listening to why we were in town- wishing us a great experience at the theater.What wonderful touches to make us feel so welcome.If we come to the theater to see a show again, we will definitely stay here again.The rooms do need some updates but the staff made this a non issue at all.

We stayed here to attend the Christmas tree lighting and to have a nice overnight staycation. The check in process was really easy and the staff are all extremely pleasant. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and really comfy bed. I actually slept better on their mattress than I do at home. The bathroom is nice, with a walk in shower and separate bath tub. I liked that there was a vanity between the bed and bathroom and appreciated that the toilet was in its own separate room. They have a lovely bar area that serves tapas (which we didn't try but the menu sounded delicious) and had live music in the evening. All in all it was a lovely stay and I would happily stay again.

Great place to stay for fun or work.The rooms and meeting rooms were very nice.The staff was exceptional!The buffets were fantastic for our convention.The chef prepared a special celiac safe gluten-free plate for me each meal.There were always staff members close by ready to make sure everything was perfect.

Had a 5000 people company Holiday party and rented a room. It was a fantastic experience! Room was very clean, with new, modern furniture and lovely decorated. Everything was fresh and clean. Very upscale atmosphere. We had a bottle of Champagne with chocolate dipped strawberries. There was a space with comfortable armchairs and little coffee table for us to enjoy it. The party was awesome, with many rooms themed with different music. Everyone had choices where to be. Some face painting and dancing performers. Then the floor was open for us to dance. It was fun. I wish there were more seating, I got tired of standing in my high heels, do it was nice to go to the room, recharge and go back dancing!

Not to impressed for it being a 4 star hotel you don't even get complimentary coffee in the room or cups

Bueno éste hotel es una ricura.Su remodelación es de lo más moderno y elegante.Creo que nuestras casas no necesitan de tantos adornos, cuadros innecesarios.Experimente una paz un aire a tranquilidad el cual te invita hacer tu lo mismo sin invertir o gastar mucho.Los viajes enriquecen mucho el espiritu porque conoces muchísima gente y compartes impresiones y formas de pensar.

El dia de hoy fui a celebrar el dia del padre en un evento realizado en este Hotel... A decir verdad no se quien es el responsable directo pero el salon donde se llevo a cabo el Baile estaba a 83 grados al momento de entrar hera increible la Onda de calor no tenian agua disponible y en este tipo de eventos por la actividad fisica el desidratarse es muy comun...... No vale la pena los $ 20.00 💵 de la entrada.

Fue genial disfrutar la Fiesta de Navidad en este lugar....

El grill restaurante en el fairmont hotel es una steak house tradicional americana. Aquí puede encontrar muchas opciones de carne asada, pescado y otros platos típicos. El servicio es impecable y la comida muy buena.

Para un evento este lugar está muy bien. La comida se presenta bien y está rico! Los trabajadores van con mucha prisa para atender la gente. Nunca mi hacia falta algo durante la cena.

Bonito hotel, algo caro pero nadie dijo que California es barato. De todas formas lo recomiendo. Piscina climatizada. Gimnasio algo pequeño para la cantidad de habitaciones disponibles.
