“Nós amamos nossa estadia. O quarto era grande, silencioso e muito limpo, esp agora em COVID. A equipe foi útil para encontrar caminhadas locais, comida, etc. O café diário / barra de chocolate quente foi adição maravilhosa.”

“Our room was alright-- shower needed a good cleaning. We called ahead to check in early and the front desk said the earliest they could do was 3PM, so we said "great, let's do that." We got there at about 2:45 and let the people at the desk know we understood our room wasn't ready yet and asked if we could wait until it was. They said fine and that they'd send someone over to let us know when our room was ready. At 3:15 I walked to the front desk and asked to check in and the front desk person said in a sassy tone "I guess their room is ready, then?" so I let him know that I called ahead and it was agreed that we'd be able to check in at 3. It was a simple miscommunication (on their part), but I could have done without the sassy remark. Other things people should know- they aren't serving breakfast right now (Covid), but the upstairs bar is open.”
