“We were traveling back to Los Angeles and were getting fatigued and decided to find a hotel. We were so grateful to get a reservation at this hotel. We had stayed at the Citizen Hotel on our way up and were very disappointed in that property. As such, we were apprehensive about returning to stay in the same area. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! A BEAUTIFUL property, with excellent service, beautiful décor, and large well appointed rooms. The stay changed our whole opinion of Sacramento for the better. The valet even offered to charge our car without asking. Beyond that I forgot a favorite shirt in the closet, made a call, it was promptly discovered and sent to me cleaned and pressed. This place really knows how to pamper a guest. Hands down the best place to stay in this city.”
