“Would give it 5.stars should the Internet speed faster. If you here for business then perhaps not a good place. The Internet speed might not even good enough for net meeting. Otherwise the room, bathroom, staffs were all good. Room was big enough and very nice bathroom indeed. Swimming pool is not that big after all. A heritage hotel it is. Good place for a high tea too.”

Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful colonial building and deco, smells nice too. Service was excellent and they gave me voucher for a one night stay for my next trip. Cafes are lovely and many wedding event take place here. Pool is alright, not a super view of the best to sunbathe, but more for your kids to waddle and play.

Otherwise the room, bathroom, staffs were all good. Room was big enough and very nice bathroom indeed. Swimming pool is not that big after all. A heritage hotel it is. Good place for a high tea too.

Underrated hotel, similar rooms and ambience to the Ritz Carlton but only about half the price. Breakfast buffet is superb. Plenty of choice and quality. Facilities and restaurants are excellent, too. Rooms have lots of privacy, classic style decor. Will be my first choice hotel next time I'm in KL. Note: I stayed in the Junior Suite for 3 nights in September 2022.

The overall venue is such a beautiful place. Cleanliness could be worked on, I saw cigarette buds in the lobby area / lift area indoors. Food is very good, had some local and western favorites. The price range and quality of food is expected for a 5-Star Hotel. Service was top notch though!

Checked in deluxe room, tower wing with dinner and breakfast included in a package booked via MB. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and great hospitality service by the hoteliers. Check-in and out ran smoothly. Room is perfect and spacious for two, we like how the room was setup with the classy touch. Just a comment on toiletries as they are not refilling the soap, lotions and conditioner that were readily in a bathroom so we had to call for assistance. Foods were okay, to lower the expectations for a 5-star dining experience, some were probable tasted very stale but good enough for a buffet, i supposed. Parking is RM15 per entry with unlimited in-out which required validation for each entry at the front desk.
