“What a great hotel! Staff is so professional and friendly. The hotel was so gracious to allow me to check in at 7am after my long flight. I really like the area, it is super close to Madrid center but tucked away and is kind of hidden on a side street! Very quiet! The decor is spectacular, very chic and modern. The bathroom shower showcases live plants which I had never seen before, very nice touch. Amenities are very classy and luxe. Really like the Nespresso machine in the room which is complimentary. I will book this hotel again next time I am in Madrid.”
