“Bonito! A comida é perfeita.

“I booked a facial at the spa. Before it, she used the light and said I needed a hydro facial instead and it would be $70 more. I agreed. Then I went upstairs to wait by the pool for my girlfriends to be done with their treatments. One of the front desk staff cam upstairs to tell me I owed an additional $120 for the service. First, it was very rude. They assumed I was going to ditch the payment when I was sitting peacefully and enjoying my time by the pool. That took all the relaxation out of my trip so I went down to the front desk. They said she "misunderstood" and that I needed to pay not the $470 I was quoted, but rather more like $120. I was vivid. No where has ever treated me so horribly and I will never be back. Also, I'm pretty sure the shoes they gave me to wear had fungus. Save your money and go to a different spa”
