“Worst Ritz Carlton I have ever been to - this is definitely not a 5 star hotel, by any means (and I have stayed at several in my travels). Let me start with when I came to check in, the wonderful front desk female associate was amazing and extremely helpful (literally she did nothing wrong and was the best part of my stay); however, when I asked for a room upgrade (that I would pay for) she had to go to the Director of Operations who apparently finds it appropriate to talk about you negatively while you are standing 5 feet away and then act shocked that you heard the things he said. He then proceeded to blame the girl in front of me which was a clear inappropriate use of bureaucracy and just plain disrespect for your employees. Once I was offended by this apparent leadership's view of me as a customer, I escalated to the manager of the front desk and after 2 hours of waiting to get a room was finally given one. Then I get to my check out, where we agreed to a dollar amount (normal ways of working)... I was then charged another $110 to my credit card after I left. Important to note that the Ritz Carlton did not contact me at all (email, phone, etc). I have tried to call them 3 times and no one has returned any of my message. So, to sum it up, if you want to be personally offended by one of the highest management employees there and then have your money stolen, feel free to stay here but I will never stay at this hotel again and will make sure to communicate to my colleagues, family and friends that this hotel is absolutely horrible and offensive on all fronts. O yeah, and it was my birthday - thanks so much for making it such a wonderful experience (I am being very sarcastic).”

“My family and I just stayed at the Ritz last week for my sister's wedding. The hotel staff was incredible. My wife lost an earring, and luckily we found it, however, the maids came and looked in the room, security came and helped search, they really went above and beyond. Also, the young woman in the gift shop. We must have asked her for help in everything and she truly went out of her way. I needed new cuff links, she let me take up a few to show my wife before I made my purchase. My wife's dress needed a little pin, she found one and took her time to help my wife get ready. Just truly a wonderful place with people who really helped us during this busy wedding and make the experience absolutely wonderful. Thank you Ritz Carlton to you and your staff!”
