“The hotel was nice. Slept well. However I was extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk. I was supposed to have a two night stay, however I had a serious emergency at home in Florida and had to leave a day early. The front desk would not credit me the day I would not be there. Nadia ( the manager) was extremely rude and even gave me a bogus corporate number which lead to a pest control company. She constantly gave me the run around. I would never book with this entity again. It’s all about the principal. If one of them had an emergency, they would want their partial refund back and extend some grace. Nadia was so truly a piece of work.”

“They charged my card for the Savor Bar and Grill when I never went there. I was told that I wouldn't be charged and it was a mistake. Charge showed up on my bill. Called accounting and they said it would be fixed.
Update* someone has called me back finally and is looking into the issue. Still to be seen if I actually get my money back.
Update* I did get refunded the bogus charge. It took a long time and was unnecessarily tedious. If it hadn't been charged to my company card I would have never followed through because it took about 10 hours total of my time to get $40 back.”
