Very nice hotel compared to my first stay at another side of the city.When arriving, there was life music in the lobby, which created a warm atmosphere.Just outside the hotel, some very nicely done artworks.The only but.... The hotel is large in floor space, I was unlucky and had to walk "all" the way to the back. This will definitely not stop me to stay here again when I'm around.Another plus, I liked the large desk in my room, it allowed me to spread out documents and it still had plenty of desk space remaining for my laptop. Also worth to mention is that certain normally blocked internet services, are accessible in this hotel. Very nice hotel em comparação com a minha primeira estadia em outro lado da cidade.Ao chegar, havia música ao vivo no lobby, o que criou uma atmosfera acolhedora.Do lado de fora do hotel, algumas obras de arte muito bem feitas.O único mas .... O hotel é grande no espaço, eu não tive sorte e tive que andar "todo" o caminho até a parte de trás. Isso definitivamente não vai me impedir de ficar aqui novamente quando estiver por perto.Outra vantagem, eu gostei da grande mesa no meu quarto, que me permitiu espalhar documentos e ainda tinha muito espaço para o meu laptop. Também vale a pena mencionar que alguns serviços de internet normalmente bloqueados são acessíveis neste hotel.

Visited twice now, and will go again.All that you would expect from a high grade hotel.Rooms well appointed but, lighting levels quite low, and chairs not so comfortable.I guess this is because it is modeled on old style Chinese with hard uncomfortable furniture. I enjoy the location, close to metro and local tourist attractions.Lots of places to walk. Já visitou duas vezes e irá novamente. Tudo o que você esperaria de um hotel de alto padrão. Quartos bem decorados, mas com níveis de iluminação bastante baixos e cadeiras não tão confortáveis. Eu acho que isso é porque é modelado em estilo chinês antigo com móveis duros e desconfortáveis. Gosto da localização, perto do metrô e das atrações turísticas locais. Muitos lugares para caminhar.

We stayed in the residence apartment side - slightly far from the main building. There’s an indoor path that connects the 2 buildings. I would’ve preferred it to be closer.As far as the room goes, it was great. Large and spacious. All the amenities you would need to live here for some time....like a microwave, a kitchenette, with all the tools and utensils. The Westin is famous for its bedding and robes and it did not disappoint. It did feel luxurious. The bed was comfortable.There’s a laundry machine in the room and even with detergent! However no dryer so you’re going to have to line dry your clothes. But I appreciate it being available and was able to wash my clothes mid trip.The shower was poorly designed. Water gets everywhere on the floor. There’s a drain on the floor so I think it’s anticipated but this shouldn’t be happening to begin with.There’s a real gym available. Lots of machines and free weights. I loved it! Nós ficamos no lado do apartamento da residência - um pouco longe do prédio principal. Há um caminho interno que conecta os 2 edifícios. Eu teria preferido que estivesse mais perto.No que diz respeito ao quarto, foi ótimo. Grande e espaçoso. Todas as comodidades de que você precisa para morar aqui por algum tempo ... como um microondas, uma cozinha compacta, com todas as ferramentas e utensílios. O Westin é famoso por suas roupas de cama e roupões, e não decepcionou. Parecia luxuoso. A cama era confortável.Tem máquina de lavar roupa no quarto e até com detergente! No entanto, não há secador, então você terá que secar suas roupas com uma linha. Mas agradeço a disponibilidade e pude lavar minhas roupas no meio da viagem.O chuveiro era mal projetado. A água se espalha pelo chão. Há um ralo no chão, então acho que é antecipado, mas isso não deveria estar acontecendo para começar.Existe um verdadeiro ginásio disponível. Muitas máquinas e pesos livres. Eu amei!

I wish I could have given this hotel higher markets; because Xian is a fabulous place to visit and the Terracotta warriors are an amazing sight, and at first glance the property is impressive. Unfortunately, the light in our hotel room did not turn off all night; and the staff was not helpful in resolving; or offering a consolidation at checkout for my experience. In fact, they were pretty rude throughout the entire experience and not even apologetic. I hope you have a better experience if you stay here; but I wouldn't recommend as the front desk staff was very frustrating to deal with. I will acknowledge that the staff in the Executive Lounge area was very gracious and the property has a nice location as a starting point for the Warriors. Eu gostaria de ter dado a este hotel mercados mais elevados; porque Xian é um lugar fabuloso para visitar e os guerreiros de terracota são uma visão surpreendente, e à primeira vista, a propriedade é impressionante. Infelizmente, a luz no nosso quarto de hotel não desligou a noite toda; e a equipe não foi útil na resolução; ou oferecer uma consolidação no checkout da minha experiência. Na verdade, eles foram bastante rude durante toda a experiência e nem sequer se desculparam. Espero que você tenha uma experiência melhor se ficar aqui; mas eu não recomendo como a equipe da recepção foi muito frustrante para lidar com. Vou reconhecer que a equipe na área do Salão Executivo foi muito gentil eo estabelecimento tem uma localização agradável como ponto de partida para os guerreiros.

The most helpful and friendly hotel staff, led by Rey the main concierge.They created a unique 3D dining experience for my family.If you ever have a chance to visit,I would highly recommend staying there.If you miss the comforts of home, the hotel isattached to a starbucks. A equipe do hotel mais útil e amigável, liderada por Rey o principal concierge. Eles criaram uma experiência única de refeições em 3D para minha família. Se você tiver a chance de visitar, eu recomendo ficar lá. Se você perder o conforto de casa, o hotel está ligado a um Starbucks.

Hubiera preferido que estuviera más cerca.En cuanto a la habitación, fue genial. Grandes y espaciosos. Todas las comodidades que necesitarías para vivir aquí por algún tiempo ... como microondas, cocineta, con todas las herramientas y utensilios. El Westin es famoso por su ropa de cama y batas y no decepcionó. Se sentía lujoso. La cama era cómoda.¡Hay una lavadora en la habitación e incluso con detergente! Sin embargo, no hay secadora, por lo que tendrá que secar la ropa al aire libre. Pero agradezco que esté disponible y pude lavar mi ropa a mitad del viaje.La ducha estaba mal diseñada. El agua llega por todas partes al suelo. Hay un desagüe en el piso, así que creo que está previsto, pero esto no debería estar sucediendo para empezar.Hay un verdadero gimnasio disponible. Ojalá hubiera podido dar a este hotel mercados más altos; Porque Xian es un lugar fabuloso para visitar y los guerreros de terracota son una vista increíble, y a primera vista la propiedad es impresionante. Desafortunadamente, la luz en nuestra habitación de hotel no se apagó en toda la noche; y el personal no fue útil para resolver; u ofreciendo una consolidación a la salida para mi experiencia. De hecho, fueron bastante groseros durante toda la experiencia y ni siquiera se disculparon. Espero que tengas una mejor experiencia si te quedas aquí; pero no lo recomendaría ya que el personal de recepción era muy frustrante tratar con ellos. Reconoceré que el personal en el área de la sala de estar ejecutiva fue muy amable y la propiedad tiene una buena ubicación como punto de partida para los Warriors.

El personal más amable y servicial del hotel, dirigido por Rey, el conserje principal. Crearon una experiencia gastronómica en 3D única para mi familia. Si alguna vez tienes la oportunidad de visitar, te recomiendo que te alojes allí. Si echas de menos las comodidades del hogar, el hotel se encuentra junto a un Starbucks.

It is excellent location for visiting Dayanta (pagoda).Starbucks R is adjacent.The food and drinks are not great.The rooms are ok but not noisy.The hotel design is extremely good and unique.The best spot is terrace of executive lounge on 5th floor.

Muy buen hotel en comparación con mi primera estadía en otro lado de la ciudad.Al llegar, había música en vivo en el lobby, lo que creaba un ambiente cálido.A las afueras del hotel, algunas obras de arte muy bien hechas.El único pero... El hotel es grande en espacio, tuve mala suerte y tuve que caminar "todo" hasta la parte de atrás. Esto definitivamente no me impedirá quedarme aquí nuevamente cuando esté cerca.Otra ventaja, me gustó el escritorio grande en mi habitación, me permitió distribuir documentos y aún quedaba mucho espacio en el escritorio para mi computadora portátil. También vale la pena mencionar que ciertos servicios de Internet normalmente bloqueados son accesibles en este hotel.

I enjoy the location, close to metro and local tourist attractions.Lots of places to walk. Visité dos veces ahora, y volveré. Todo lo que esperarías de un hotel de alto nivel. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas pero los niveles de iluminación son bastante bajos y las sillas no son tan cómodas. Supongo que esto se debe a que está inspirado en el estilo chino antiguo con muebles duros e incómodos. Disfruto de la ubicación, cerca del metro y de las atracciones turísticas locales. Muchos lugares para caminar.

Subpar experience at Westin. Checked in yesterday and the hotel vibes after a few minutes were already those of a factory hotel: high occupancy due to the location (that is indeed great) so guests...

First, location is great. My room (was upgraded according to my status) had a view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and at night, the entire area is illuminated, with thousands of people on the street...
