“A room was booked for 2 nights weeks before the business trip. When arriving at the hotel I got the message it was overbooked and they wanted to put me in an other hotel. I selected the hotel because this is next doors to the office, so I was not pleased with the message. For 220€ per night this cannot happen. I got another hotel in the end also in the area but not meeting the same standards. You don't play like this with your customers, this is really bad management.”

“Ideal location next to the Oriente transport hub, this helps with airport transfers (3 stops). Rooms well appointed with large TVs allowing connectivity from phones etc. Bathroom well equipped as well. Breakfast is buffet and well stocked over the morning rush.”
