“Quite simply one of the best hotels in Dubai. Set in the Palm this luxury family hotel and grounds is amazing. Fantastic pools and private beach. Great views. Great room and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were great and very generous and always smiling. Waldorf Astoria really put out all the stops.”

“The hotel is nice. Staff are courteous and very welcoming. Rooms are big with beautiful Italian marble bathroom. Very comfortable for families. But BEWARE of lower floors (until the 2nd floor): your room will be smelly from the main kitchen and noisy from the street. Add to this in our case, the thin walls as we hear our neighbors shouting and fighting (our room is separated by a door). Not worth the price at all. Henry (the duty manager) tried his best to change our room but the hotel is fully booked (probably overbooked in this case). Would have expected much more from Waldorf Astoria.”
