I stay in this underrated hotel most of the times i visit İstanbul.. very ver secure , underground parking , great breakfast! Has swimming pool.. it’s my best place to stay in

The hotel is not what it looks in the pictures. The facilities, furniture, and rooms are run down. Rust and stains are all around the bathroom and the room carpet. We stayed in the hotel for one night, I left my reading glasses in the room after checking out. I couldn’t get them back as the staff were not helpful neither the administration, although I called many times, and called the administration but they never got back to me. I would not definitely stay in this hotel. Beware!

This I definitely a not 5 start hotel. Found staff to be a bit rude and unhelpful and the facilities are already looking run down. Our hotel sink was blocked and no one came to fix. The room itself is very run down however beds were comfortable. Also note that to use swimming pool and jacuzzi, you will have to buy their swimming hat which is not mentioned anywhere before you come. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Really impolite and rude staff, specially at the reception. the rooms are old and needs refurbishment, and they don't clean your room even when you request them to do so, I had to call reception a couple of times to have the room cleaned and for fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast nothing special just some selection of bread and cheese, fruit bar and salad bar and hot food station. During my stay ( 5days) coffee machine wasn't working and there was no milk as they run out !!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine a 5 🌟 hotel. And the location is bad, really far from everything ( only thing around is the mall and 212 outlet and nothing much!) Will take you at least 45 minutes by taxi to get anywhere because of the horrible traffic. I have had the worst experience ever, rude staff the shift supervisor specially his name is ANIL so extremely rude and condensending. Stay away !!!!!!!!

The hotel staff were great. I stayed in the corner room suite and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Stains on the curtains and carpets. The sheets didn't fit the bed so there was bare mattress exposed. You can certainly find a cleaner hotel for less money. We won't be staying here again.
