Teresa was amazing and she made sure our room was always clean and we never had to ask for anything. Everything you could need and want for a wonderful stay was provided. “My family and I stayed at the Woodspring Suites, Fort Worth, Fossil Creek location about a week ago, for a weekend. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of room and encountered a young lady, in the hallway that was cleaning a room. She was the only one that we saw on the floor, so I asked her if she was responsible for that whole floor and she said yes. We were even more appreciative, as we recently stayed at a very well known hotel and known for having a very reputable reputation; and their room was not close to the cleanliness that we experienced during our stay at your establishment. The young lady told us her name was Teresa and not only were we very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, but Teresa’s attitude and spirit were beyond impeccable, as was the cleanliness of our room!
