“Ubicación inmejorable! El personal muy agradable. Eche de menos que me limpiaran la habitación , aunque no sé si es por regulaciones COVID que no lo hacen. De todas formas, lo recomiendo para alojarse en una visita a Chicago!”

“WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room didn't have a refrigerator, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. We were trying to check in for over 40 minutes, when we finally did our room door wouldn't open. We went to the desk and explained what was going on so they took us back up and tried. They couldn't get into the room and kept trying for about 10 minutes. We went back down and after an hour and a half we finally made it into a room. The elevator is extremely slow and one was shut down. It would take us about 10 minutes to get up to our room or down to leave. Overall just a really unpleasant experience. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND”
