“Muy buen hotel, un clásico de Chicago inaugurado en 1893 con 900 habitaciones. Excelente ubicación, necesita una renovación general..pero por el precio pagado esta muy bien, habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy cómodas sus camas. El personal podría ser un poco más servicial .”
