Voltei da implantação bem a tempo para o meu aniversário de um ano e de meu marido. Jeff Seidel teve a gentileza de nos ajudar em uma sala INCRÍVEL para a ocasião. Fomos recebidos calorosamente e indicações de bons locais para check-out em torno da área. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada do Bean, então é claro que verificamos isso, mas também fica a uma curta caminhada de vários bares e restaurantes. Pudemos visitar os bares do hotel tanto no térreo quanto na cobertura, onde fomos atendidos com um serviço mais espetacular. Eu gostaria de poder lembrar o nome da mulher no bar em 02/09 e 03/09, mas se alguém da gerência estiver lendo isso, ela merece um aumento. Ela foi tão gentil que nos preparamos para nossa refeição de aniversário e forneceu um excelente serviço nas duas noites que passamos no hotel. Apesar de ter um bar lotado, ela conseguiu nos fazer sentir bem e não nos apressou. A equipe no andar superior no bar da cobertura foi igualmente ótima e as bebidas eram perfeitas para uma bebida. Enquanto explorávamos a cidade, a equipe de arrumação se certificou de reabastecer e refrescar nosso quarto com frequência e nunca nos encontramos faltando nada no quarto.Este hotel e as pessoas maravilhosas que o administram tornaram minha licença pós-implantação perfeita. Eu recomendaria quem procura uma fuga tranquila em uma cidade legal para conferir o Pendry!

Regresé del despliegue justo a tiempo para el aniversario de un año mío y de mi esposo. Jeff Seidel tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarnos a entrar en una habitación INCREÍBLE para la ocasión. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos dieron consejos sobre buenos lugares para visitar en la zona. El hotel está a una corta distancia a pie del Bean, así que, por supuesto, lo verificamos, pero también está a una corta distancia a pie de varios bares y restaurantes. Pudimos visitar los bares del hotel tanto en la planta baja como en la azotea donde nos recibieron con un servicio más espectacular. Ojalá pudiera recordar el nombre de la mujer en el bar el 2 y el 3 de septiembre, pero si alguien de la gerencia está leyendo esto, se merece un aumento. Ella fue muy amable mientras nos preparábamos para nuestra comida de aniversario y brindó un excelente servicio las dos noches que pasamos en el hotel. I returned from deployment just in time for mine and my husbands one year anniversary. Jeff Seidel was kind enough to help us into an INCREDIBLE room for the occasion. We were welcomed warmly and given pointers for good spots to check out around the area. The hotel is a short walk to the Bean so of course we checked that out but its also walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. We were able to visit the hotel bars both on the ground floor and the rooftop where we were met with more spectacular service. I wish I could remember the woman's name at the bar on 9/2 and 9/3 but if anyone from management is reading this she deserves a raise. She was so kind as we prepared for our anniversary meal and provided excellent service both nights we spent at the hotel. Despite having a crowded bar she managed to make us feel taken care of and didn't rush us. The staff upstairs at the rooftop bar were similarly great and the drinks were perfect for a nightcap. While we explored the city the housekeeping staff made sure to restock and freshen up our room frequently and we never found ourselves lacking anything in the room. This hotel and the wonderful people that run it made my post-deployment leave perfect. I'd recommend anyone looking for a quiet escape in a cool city to check out the Pendry!

This place was great! Stars of the show were Alex and Perry. Alex did a great job as concierge and created the perfect weekend for us. Você não pode superar a localização/preço deste hotel. A arquitetura é linda tanto por fora quanto por dentro e tivemos uma estadia extremamente confortável. A senhora que nos registrou foi educada e amigável e todos os outros funcionários também foram muito legais conosco. No dia seguinte, nosso quarto foi limpo com perfeição e nossas camas foram feitas com cuidado. Meu único problema foi que não havia lugar para guardarmos nossa comida / água em algum lugar frio, já que nosso quarto não tinha geladeira. E o banheiro não tinha lavagem à mão ao lado de um sabonete pequeno. Mas no geral tivemos uma estadia encantadora e eu definitivamente voltaria novamente.

No se puede superar la ubicación/precio de este hotel. La arquitectura es hermosa tanto por fuera como por dentro y tuvimos una estadía extremadamente cómoda. La señora que nos registró fue educada y amable y todos los demás miembros del personal también fueron muy amables con nosotros. Al día siguiente nuestra habitación estaba limpia a la perfección y nuestras camas estaban cuidadosamente hechas. Mi único problema fue que no había lugar para guardar nuestra comida / agua en un lugar frío ya que nuestra habitación no tenía nevera. Y el baño no tenía lavado de manos al lado de un pequeño jabón de manos. Pero en general, tuvimos una estancia encantadora y definitivamente volvería otra vez.

You cannot beat the location/price of this hotel. The architecture is beautiful both on the outside and inside and we had an extremely comfortable stay. The lady who checked us in was polite and friendly and every other staff was very nice to us as well. The very next day our room was cleaned to perfection and our beds were neatly made. My only issue was there was no place for us to store our food/water somewhere cold since our room didn’t have a fridge. And the bathroom didn’t have hand wash beside a small hand soap. But overall we had a lovely stay and I would definitely come back again.

Os quartos e serviço é incrível. O único aspecto negativo que tornou o serviço quatro estrelas estava esperando meu carro do manobrista. Solicitei meu veículo e o veículo não veio 45 minutos depois. Tive que perguntar novamente e eles finalmente trouxeram meu carro.A localização é ótima para todos os lugares que você pode ir de lá, mas para chegar lá, pode ser difícil sem manobrista.

Este é um bom hotel e está em uma localização muito conveniente. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e os quartos muito confortáveis. Recomendo ficar aqui. O hotel está bem localizado para permitir que você faça o que quiser em Chicago. Sobre a distância mais longa que andamos foi para Navy Pier e isso foi pouco mais de uma milha. Pegamos a South Shore para evitar o trânsito e o estacionamento e isso funcionou bem. Muitos ótimos restaurantes a uma curta distância. Tivemos um problema em nossa primeira noite com ruído para uma sala mecânica, mas a equipe nos mudou de manhã para um quarto mais silencioso. Há um par de bares acolhedores ao lado do lobby. Há jantar disponível no quarto e no restaurante ao lado do lobby. O café onde o café da manhã é oferecido é um problema devido ao quão pequeno é, mesmo com mesas ao ar livre. No domingo de manhã estávamos lá a equipe estava fazendo o seu melhor, mas a espera para pedir e depois receber sua comida foi extremamente longa. Definitivamente algum lugar onde ficaremos novamente.

Muito bom hotel!! O próprio edifício g é absolutamente lindo. Nós hospedado em um quarto standard king que foi adorável com muitas comodidades atenciosas. Os dois maiores contras foram algum serviço inconsistente, principalmente na recepção. A maioria dos nossos pedidos não foram fornecidos e alguns dos funcionários do hotel não foram tão amigáveis. E dois, metal duro chateau foi muito abaixo do esperado. A comida e o serviço foram maravilhosos, mas como hóspedes do hotel, não acho que você precise de reservas para subir ao telhado e aproveitar o bar. O espaço também estava incrivelmente ensolarado e quente por volta das 18h e a maioria dos convidados estava visivelmente desconfortável. Não vale a conta de $ 100+, que por sinal você precisa pagar adiantado para fazer uma reserva. Além dessas duas coisas, foi uma estadia muito agradável na cidade.

Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí. El hotel está bien ubicado para permitirle hacer lo que quiera en Chicago. Aproximadamente la distancia más larga que caminamos fue hasta Navy Pier y eso fue poco más de una milla. Tomamos la costa sur para evitar el tráfico y los problemas de estacionamiento y funcionó bien. Un montón de buenos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. Tuvimos un problema nuestra primera noche con el ruido de una sala mecánica, pero el personal nos trasladó por la mañana a una habitación más tranquila. Hay un par de acogedores bares justo al lado del vestíbulo. Hay comedor disponible en la habitación y en el restaurante del vestíbulo. La cafetería donde se ofrece el desayuno es un problema debido a lo pequeña que es incluso con asientos al aire libre. El domingo por la mañana estuvimos allí, el personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible, pero la espera para ordenar y luego recibir su comida fue extremadamente larga. Muy lindo hotel!! El edificio g en sí es absolutamente hermoso. Nos alojamos en una habitación king estándar que era encantadora, con muchas comodidades bien pensadas. Las dos desventajas más grandes fueron un servicio inconsistente, principalmente de la recepción. La mayoría de nuestras solicitudes no fueron proporcionadas y algunos miembros del personal del hotel no fueron tan amables. Y dos, Chateau Carbide fue muy decepcionante. La comida y el servicio fueron maravillosos, pero como huéspedes del hotel, no creo que debas hacer reservas para subir al techo y disfrutar del bar. El espacio también estaba increíblemente soleado y caluroso alrededor de las 6 p.m. y la mayoría de los invitados estaban visiblemente incómodos. This is a nice hotel and it’s in a very convenient location. The staff are super nice and the rooms very comfortable. There’s just a few shortfalls:No ice machines so you have to call room service to bring you a bucket of ice. The first time I requested one they just didn’t bring it and I had to call again after waiting an hour.Only 4 elevators for a hotel having 30+ floors. If the hotel is busy, expect to wait several minutes for an elevator.

The rooms and service is amazing. The only negative which made the service a four star was waiting for my car from the valet. I requested my vehicle and the vehicle didn't come 45 minutes later. Had to ask again and they finally brought my car.The location is great for all the places you can go to from there, but to get there, it can be difficult without a valet.

Highly recommend staying here. The hotel is well located to allow you to do about anything you want in Chicago. About the longest distance we walked was to Navy Pier and that was just over a mile. We took the South Shore in to avoid the traffic and parking hassle and that worked well. Plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Had an issue our first night with noise for a mechanical room but the staff moved us in the morning to a quieter room. There are a couple of cozy bars just off the lobby. There is dinning available in the room and in the restaurant off the lobby. The cafe where breakfast is offered is an issue due to how small it is even with outdoor seating. On the Sunday morning we were there the staff was doing their best but the wait to order and then receive your food was extremely long. Definitely some place we will stay again.

Very nice hotel!! The building g itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a standard king room which was lovely with lots of thoughtful amenities. The two biggest cons were some inconsistent service, mostly from the front desk. Most of our requests were not provided and some of the hotel staff members were not so friendly. And two, chateau carbide was very underwhelming. The food and service were wonderful, but as hotel guests, I don’t feel you should need reservations to go up to the roof and enjoy the bar. The space was also incredibly sunny and hot around 6pm and most of the guests were visibly uncomfortable. Not worth the $100+ bill, which by the way you need to pay up front to make a reservation. Aside from those two things it was a very nice stay while in town.

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos la suerte de quedarnos en el hermoso Pendry el pasado fin de semana. El hotel es absolutamente hermoso. El personal es cálido, acogedor, amable y servicial. Fuimos tratados con el mayor respeto y cuidado por todos. Nos encantó nuestra habitación y sus vistas, nos encantó el vestíbulo y los toques históricos que le han dado a este rascacielos clásico. Nos encantaron las áreas de descanso para tomar un café o una bebida. ¡ME ENCANTÓ la mesa de billar! Nos encantó la ubicación y no podríamos haber pedido más. No he pasado mucho tiempo en The Loop antes, pero este es el único lugar al que querré volver en el futuro. The Pendry es clásico, y su proximidad al teatro, la historia, los parques y los restaurantes es perfecta; ¡todo transitable, incluso cuando hace 15 grados! Gracias Pendry, nos veremos de nuevo.

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay at the beautiful Pendry this past weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful. We were treated with the utmost respect and care by everyone. We loved our room and its views, we loved the lobby and the historic touches they've brought out in this classic skyscraper. We loved the sitting areas to have coffee or a drink. I LOVED the pool table! We loved the location and we could not have asked for more. I haven't spent much time in The Loop before, but this is the only place I'll want to go back to in the future. The Pendry is classic, and it's proximity to theater, history, parks, and restaurants is perfect; all walkable, even when it's 15 degrees! Thank you Pendry, we'll see you again.

Os quartos são bem amplos, iluminação legal, tem bastante opção de lâmpadas para não deixar o ambiente no breu total, o box do banheiro não agradou, por não ter porta, a sensação que sempre está voando água para fora. Atendimento bacana. Não há hard rock café no hotel, mas isso não é novidade :)

Room was nice, bathroom was updated and clean. Probably one of the cleanest bathrooms we've ever had. The AC worked great, but the lights were kind of awkward to work! The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, but the room location on the 3rd floor was super noisy - and attendant outside the entrance below whistled super loud all day! Not that big of a deal, we were super pleased with our stay!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are gracious and accommodating. The room is beautiful. I have never wanted to take home a hotel robe before, and usually I'm not even inclined to wear the hotel robe, but this one is so lovely and soft, I'm tempted to buy it. The quality of the robe is a small detail, but showcases the overall quality of the hotel: comfortable, inviting, and luxurious.

I needed a hotel near a conference I was attending, and St. Jane Hotel is just across the street from the meeting venue. My expectations were exceeded. I felt lucky to have found this property, and will definitely return when I travel to Chicago. The room was well appointed, clean and good size. The reception staff was friendly and helpful with my requests. Good location on Michigan Avenue.

Amazing!!! I’m actually from Chicago but I stayed for my birthday weekend. I booked a tower king room, the view was amazing, the room was beautiful! The staff was so nice. I mentioned at check in it was My birthday and when I got back later that night, there was a little box of chocolates and a birthday card in my room. I would definitely stay again.

Fiquei aqui pela primeira vez e tive que dizer que foi uma experiência maravilhosa e incrível. A localização é excelente e há muitos ótimos restaurantes em uma curta distância. A equipe é amistosa e atenciosa. O quarto é incrível. Muito limpo e impecável. Todas as amenidades estão incluídas e realmente gostei de seus produtos de sabão e cabelo. Não consigo lembrar o que o café estava no quarto, mas era muito saborosa. O banheiro era ótimo. Amei o chuveiro. O lobby tem um ambiente agradável e é um ambiente aconchegante e acolhedor. O interior do hotel é ótimo também. Recomendo este lugar se você estiver hospedado em Chicago.

Belo hotel boutique na avenida de Michigan. no edifício Carbon & Carbide. Um arranha-céu requintado da era Art Deco. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. Os quartos são espaçosos, elegantes e limpos. Eu recomendo e ficarei novamente.

Beautiful boutique hotel on Michigan Ave. in the Carbon & Carbide building. An exquisite skyscraper from the Art Deco era. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious, elegant and clean. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Stayed here for the first time and had to say it was a wonderful and amazing experience. The location is superb and there are a lot of great restaurants around in walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is amazing. Very clean and spotless. All amenities are included and really enjoyed their soap and hair products. Cannot remember what coffee was in the room but it was very tasty. Bathroom was great. Loved the shower. The lobby has a nice ambiance and it is a warm cozy environment. Hotel interior is great as well. Would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Chicago.

Hotel agradable! Limpieza correcta y camas muy cómodas. Con varias almohadas. Solo usamos el restaurante un día para desayunar y nos pareció muy caro. Pero el desayuno fue bueno aunque lento en el servicio.

Excelente hotel, en el corazón de Chicago. Puedes llegar caminando a los principales puntos de interés. El servicio es de lo más amable y las instalaciones muy lindas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent! Pase unos dias hermosos en Chicago y la atencion muy buena. Siempre el personal muy atento. Tenian una sala de informática que me vino genial para imprimir algo que necesitaba urgente. Todo todo a tono con el rock hasta la alfombra! Y en el restaurant me encanto la ambientación y en cada lugar se escuchaba musica de the strokes o the killers o bandas asi. Me encanto! El edificio vale la pena recorrerlo por la Arquitectura por fuera emula la botella de champagne por sus colores y la forma. En fin. EXCELENTE! MUY BUENA UBICACION EN EL LOOP!
