“This was a nice property and considering it was brand new it had a few kinks to iron out. The hotel style was modern and somewhat chic which was nice. The front desk was friendly. The room was a bit on the small side, smaller than most hotel rooms and a fairly simple design. The bathroom was unique indeed. It had a floor-to-ceiling etched glass corner window which left nothing to the imagination. You could clearly see everything the person in the bathroom was doing from using the toilet to showering. This was not conducive to people sharing a room. If you are travelling alone it's okay but if you are with others, especially people you don't know well, I would avoid this hotel. I suggest that they seriously look into having pulldown blinds or at least tinted glass in the bathroom to give you some privacy. We had to try to put up towels to block the view, also the pocket doors in the bathroom were difficult to open as there is nothing to hold on to when trying to slide the door open.”

“After a long flight, we landed in Seattle at midnight and went straight to our hotel. We had booked a king bed with a rollaway which was confirmed in advance. We specifically requested this because we were traveling with two toddlers and are pregnant. We cannot have all of us in a bed because there was a risk of being kicked in our sleep. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the check-in desk at 1 am the receptionist stated that there was no way we could have a rollaway in our room because the rooms are too small - I asked why that would even be confirmed in advance if it wasn't possible? He was inefficient and uncommunicative, and his "efforts" at trying to remedy the situation were ineffective. A line of frustrated guests quickly formed behind us and we were also juggling two very exhausted children. The options he offered us were 2 queen beds or two SEPARATE rooms. Our children were screaming in the lobby for a place to rest and the receptionist took a full hour to "remedy" the situation. Upon getting to our room there were NO TOWELS, NO TOILETRIES, so while they gave us two queen beds to deal with... the room had absolutely no amenities - why would we stay at a hotel without any of these items. I have attempted to call to express my frustration but have not received a return call from anyone of the staff members. It was a posh, and pretty hotel, sure... but the accommodations, service, and amenities were awful and lacking. In addition, the valet stops service prior to midnight as does the bell boy so we had to find street parking in a shady area at 1 am AND lug all of our things to the room manually. I wish I'd booked a B&B.”
