“Good amenities but awful services. Staff are poorly trained and brought very unprofessional services to us. We have lived in this hotel for 3 days and booked the Mexican restaurant (not much restaurants available in the hotel) one day in advance. When we went back from an one day trip and were informed that the restaurant was closed because it’s not open on very Monday. No other table in other restaurants reversed for us! They told us to the other restaurant AFTER 9:30 PM! (we went back at 7pm). No apologies and no one would like to help us with it. I can’t believe it I have to stay hungry in a 5 star hotel with such insane experience.”

“Review fairmontHotel amenities are good, but the overall experience has been tainted by unprofessional restaurant management, definitely not what you would expect from a resort like Fairmont. Restaurant took our dinner reservation for a restaurant that was closed for the night, and only made us aware of this 2 hours before our reservation time, even though we made this reservation a day ahead of time. Alternative offer was for dinner at 9:30pm, quite unacceptable given that this was a mistake of the hotel restaurant. Only after escalating this did we get a slightly earlier slot but still not what we reserved. I have now been on the phone trying to get a hold of the restaurant manager for 30+ min, but have not been successful in doing so.”
