The Hotel is Great. The employees are not to friendly, for some reason they don't smile. The hotel have no room service, I think for the price it would be included. The bathroom smells really bad. room 1210 Great Breakfast!

The hotel is at a great place of Belo Horizonte. My room was good and simple, but we had only one wall plug next to the table and it was hard to charge our mobiles and notebooks at the same time.

Everything was ok, well organized and clean. The best part was the way workers treat customers, a lot of respect adding kind of "feeling home". I´ve met happy workers with a great partnership between the team. Tks also for Mr. Allan that could be the "guy" that give their team good liberty and well living while working. My Best Regards for All Ibis Belo Horizonte team!

Good solid mattress, speedy hot water - but why no plug in the sink. Very helpful response to my problems: TV replaced, extra plug supplied to re-charge phone. Breakfast above average

Good location on downtown Below Horizonte but on a relatively calm street. Reception is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK with a few options of the basic. Rooms are just the right size for two people, with not so good cable TV but extremely clean, as well as the shower room. Overall, it's pretty good for the price range.
