“Quisiera explicar que desde que llegamos pedimos el código wifi y nunca nos lo dieron, nos decian k habia problemas cn el wifi y nos daban largas desde un principio. El desayuno mediocre y y mala calidad. Dicen k hablan español mentira solo ingles pk ni el alemán. No tienen canales de tv en español pero si en aleman e ingles. Estuvimos diez días pues a los 6 dias no nos hicieron la habitación, pues por la tarde cuando llegamos dijimos en recepcion a la srta. K estaba en el turno a las 7 de la tarde del dia 11 de octubre cn pelo largo y gafas, muy desagradable por cierto, y no nos llevaron las toallas ni el papel higienico k le jabiamos pedido. Bueno pues 2 dias despues nos hicieron la habitación pero no nos cambiaron las toallas. Una experiencia desagradable qu, que por cierto viajamos mucho y a otros países, y nuncanos han tratado cm en el hotel 9opera, fatal, y en todos hemos tenido canales de tv en español, icluso en los cruceros. Raro no? Qué en un país cercano a España no lo tengan. Respetable cada país hace lo que cree conveniente. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo.”

“Horrível. Equipe rude e hostil. No momento do check-in, a mulher da recepção me disse que o café da manhã estava incluído, mas quando eu fiz o check-out, uma mulher realmente desagradável na recepção queria que eu pagasse € 13 pelo café da manhã. Quando eu disse a ela no check-in, disseram que estava incluído, ela insistia que não era verdade e disse "como eu acredito em você?" Eu pedi para falar com um gerente e ela disse que não havia nenhum !!! Um hotel sem gerente ??? Experiência horrível. Café da manhã medíocre, mofo no chuveiro, ...”
