“The first thing I want to say is that this is the best hotel in Alicante! Very well maintained hotel, absolutely clean everywhere. I stayed here for 3 days, they upgraded my room category for free. I've been to many countries and hotels, but this one is just wonderful! A wonderful breakfast, very tasty and varied. Very friendly staff, with excellent knowledge of English. Now I will only stay here! Thank you very much!”

“Unfortunately the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were closed. We booked through Agoda and they told us everything was opened. As an apology, the receptionist offered us a better room which was very nice. Regarding the location, around 20-25 mins to the centre walking, no buses nearby. Attractions, nothing to do around, only the beach (20 mins walk). The bed was super comfortable but I’m not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. The shower was blocked and the water was going everywhere in the bathroom. The price was ok, but 4€ for a small bottle of water is unacceptable!”
