“I didn’t actually get to stay at the Hotel but their customer service is absolutely awful. I had made a reservation with them on a Saturday night and had to cancel 1:00am (technically the next day). According to their policy I could not get a refund. However, when I first called to cancel the reservation the attendant did not me inform me of that, which is also against their policy. I was out over $200 for a room I had only reserved for all of 4-5hours and did not get to stay in. They were unwilling to give a refund or even allow a credit for a later stay. I’m sure the hotel is a nice visit as long as other things don’t pop up in your plans because they will not help you.”

“Class without pretentiousness, this gem will forever be one of my favorite getaways. The downtown is charming while the hotel itself surpasses expectations. The salt water pool and spa were such a bonus-- lovely not to have to smell and drench ourselves in chlorine, plus open all night. Don't forget to grab some delectable yet affordable baked goods at their restaurant. Bravo! We will always return.”
