Boa equipe de serviço, bom ambiente, comida medíocre com uma variedade de opções. Calmo à noite, é escuro, adequado para relaxamento tranquilo, transporte conveniente, localizado na cidade, perto da fonte de alimentos, mas o café da manhã, o membro da equipe tomou o pedido foi um pouco perdido, mas compreensível.

Lindo hotel. Fui apenas para jantar e o restaurante principal é muito aconchegante e com belas vistas do rio. Comida saborosa mas sem grandes refinamentos. Vale a pena pelo preço e pelas vistas. Lugar romântico.

checkin a bit delay (checkin time is 3pm) we got into the room at 3.45pm Staffs offered us a set of afternoon tea during the wait. This is quite generous i think! Afternoon tea set was lovely and delish! Stayed at Kasara suite the room was quite spacious. Bed was good. Love the pillows and bedding stuffs. Breakfast was fine. Bit busy (probably because of Thai long holidays) Food was okay. Overall, great stay during weekends. Will be back again if have chance!

Quartos luxuosos e elegantes. Decoração de alto nível e segurança. O café da manhã é super gostoso e de alto padrão. O almoço para muçulmanos está disponível em um cardápio de primeira seleção, como: couve com peixe salgado, carne picante (corte em dados, carne grossa), tofu com molho Mala, sopa tom yum com carne e muito mais. Também as frutas e os sucos de frutas são de super qualidade, não esquecendo de citar o café em grão e o chá. O bolo OMG super gostoso!

Luxurious and elegant rooms. High level decorations and security. The breakfast is super yummy and high standard. The lunch for Muslim is available in a very top selection menu, such as: kale with salted fish, spicy beef (dice cutting, thick meat), tofu with Mala sauce, tom yum soup with beef, and many more. Also the fruits and juice fruits are super quality, not forget to mention the coffee bean and tea. The cake OMG super yummy!

Anantara Resort Chiang Mai is a renowned 5-star hotel that genuinely worth the title. Staffs are well-trained in the form of 5-star manner. I realized that Anantara, similar to other 5-star places, hires too many staffs compared with the amount of guests. Sometime this made me feel uncomfortable to walk around. On the other hand, too many staffs is resulted in exclusive service I got during my stay. The lady at the front desk, Khun Poonyaporn, assisted me researching some local suppers. This was impressive. I reserved the garden view room and was upgraded to Kasara Room with partially river view which is massive in terms of space (105 square meters). I, honestly, would say that it is ‘too big’ for a solo traveler likes me. Actually I want only good bed and good shower. Life does not need to be too much spoiled. Anyway I loved it and greatly appreciated. The hotel architecture is also worth mentioning. They used real wooden as a main decorating component and it is perfectly amalgamated with the greenery space surrounded the building. Gorgeous! Breakfast, however, is rather disappointing in both quantity and quality. Due to low demand, buffet was not available that is understandable. However, the provided breakfast was not up to par. Please have a look at my attached photos to apprehend that I did not exaggerate. Tastes were plain and rather insipid. It was not desirable and memorable at all. This is the (big) room for improvement.

Anantara is always our place that I and my family will stay when we pay a visit to Chiang Mai. We really like everything in this hotel, decoration, spacious rooms, beautiful bathroom, nice river view, and most importantly, nice hospitality from all beautiful faces :))

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon , although a few years ago , I must say it was amazing. The staff were fabulous, booked excursions, taxis andtours for us without any hesitation. Great facilities and food was amazing. What really made it was the bottle of Prosecco and petal filled bath ready in our room on arrival. Can’t wait to visit again sometime in the future

The Anantara Chiang Mai is a beautiful hotel and spa along the river. The location of this gorgeous luxury resort is very central and the heart of the city is within walking distance. The resort is really beautiful and the service, the food is exceptional. We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed the tranquility and the serene sights. The pool is very relaxing and the night views are amazing. Its a great property located in a upmarket part of the city.

Hotel SENSACIONAL! Quartos grandes, limpos e atençãodos funcionários é incrívelPassamos reveillon com nossa família e teve uma ótima festa! Chiang mai é uma cidade incrivel e tem muito oq se fazer... usamos o serviço que concierge que nos aconselhou muito bem,nos levando a um passeio incrivel de elefantes na PATARA e a um guia otimo. Sinceramente o único problema que tive foi a luz que entrou no quarto todos os dias de manhã.

Muy buena ubicación a dos minutos del mercado nocturno , las habitaciones muy cómodas y el sitio increíble,a pesar de estar muy cerca de la calle las habitaciones ,no son nada ruidosas. El bufet del desayuno, muy variado y todo muy fresco.
