“We stayed there last night. When we returned from dinner at 9:30 PM, we discovered the AC was not working properly. Room was freezing at 66 degrees. I tried to call front desk, and the phone in the room did not work. So I used my cell phone. The front desk attendant very happily said, “I’ll send maintenance in a little while”...I asked how long that would be...he did not know. I told him I had to go to sleep soon. He did not seem to care. I turned off the AC and the room got hot during the night. Definitely not a good experience. But the worst part is, no one seemed to care. When I checked out this morning, the front desk lady said, “oh, I’ll get someone up there to fix it right away”. Well, $210 later, and a poor nights sleep, doesn’t really help much. I have a lot of options...next time it won’t be where there is customer “No” service.”

“Southern hospitality at it's finest. What a great location. Access to everything In the historic and waterfront districts, any kind of restaurant imaginable and free transportation to get there, via The Dash bus. The staff was gracious, accommodating and always with a smile. Especially Happy-what a wonderful ambassador. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast menu was varied and plentiful, fresh and yummy. Above all everything was immaculately clean. I just wish the parking was more convenient, or at least included in the room price.”
