“The worse experience I’ve ever had. Paid for two suites with joining rooms, we got different rooms on the same floor. The suite room had a broken door, which we called about. They came to fix the door and made us go to a different floor while It was being fixed. We sat in a different room for almost 3 hours and they forgot about us. Finally, we had to ask if our room was ready. We still didn’t get our other room corrected. Our air quality device went off 2 times and our room smelled like a burning smell and fumes. Was not clean at all, dog hair was all over the bathroom floor. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.”

“Terrible experience. The shower leaked through the wall into the bedroom each time we used it. The first time we didn’t realize and a suitcase was by the wall by the bed and it soaked through so much that it got our clothes wet (not to mention soaking the carpet each time we showered). We went to the front desk multiple times (6am, noon, 4pm) to get more towels since ours were used drying up the bedroom floor and each time they said they would send them right up and they never came. Apparently they don’t keep towels at the front desk so we eventually went and got the small fitness towels because we had no other choice. Then on the third morning a piercing alarm on a box mounted on the wall started going off at 5am. When I called the front desk, they said they couldn’t remember what it was but don’t worry about it, you’re not in danger and just hit the red button to mute it. It went off 3 times before 6am. I called the front desk again and she said she would send someone who never came. Between the unhelpful employees, the alarm, and the leaking shower that soaked the carpet, it was one of the worst stays I’ve had.”
