“Nice lobby and location, but otherwise a very average hotel. Our upgrade to a deluxe king room left us in a tiny, dark space next to the service elevator. The bathroom was also tiny, and poorly serviced. We travel to KC about once a month, and for the same price point there are much better options in the immediate area. Try the Ambassador, huge well appointed rooms, better amenities, and well cleaned/serviced. Or even short term lofts. Don’t waste your $$ here.”

“If for no other reason, stay here for the STAFF! Every single person was amazing. So enjoyable! They made sure I was accounted for as a solo traveler— gave great suggestions for parking and food and made sure to provide me with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast at the tavern was hot and delicious and the decor was shush perfection!”
