“Hotel Zeppelin is classy and cozy at the same time. Staff is friendly and accommodating, very professional. They have a great play room and clean lobby/seating area.
The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the rooms have an extremely unpleasant smell. It smelled like wet towel/wet carpet and body odor. Granted, when we stayed there it was raining a lot so the rooms smelled musty. I opened the window to air out the room but that didn't help. It got so bad that we had to switch rooms. The front desk said they will "upgrade" us to make up for the terrible-smelling room.
When we moved to the new room, the smell wasn't any better. Along with the musty smell, it also smelled like urine. When I looked closely, in both rooms, the carpet is just dirty.
I do appreciate that the staff moved us to try to make the situation better though.
All in all, the hotel itself, along with the staff, is amazing. If it weren't for the unbearably smelly rooms, I would go back here again.”

“The room (king) was outdated with damaged furnitures. The room was dark and felt moldy. The view was onto roof that was covered in trash. Staff was unfriendly. They charge you a hidden fee of $100 because they are doing it secretly when you check out they don’t give you the checkout bill instead they say they email it. Which they don’t do you then have to call. It all made sense why the staff is so unfriendly as they probably have to deal with upset guests who complain about the extra $100 amenity fee.”
