“My stay at the W Mina Seyahi was nothing short of fantastic. I would say it was my best hotel experience ever, anywhere in the world, and I have stayed at hundreds.The hotel itself is stunning, a beautiful mix of boho chic and middle eastern elements, with modern touches. I design home decor products for a living, and was blown away by the stylistic perfection. The lobby is cozy and warm, the Ginger Moon restaurant for breakfast is bright and airy with an amazing view, which feeds into the pool deck sharing that same view of the Palm. The Spectacular Suite was incredibly well thought out, even with decorative padded cabinets hiding the liquor selection and coffee maker. Hundreds of strands of gold metal beads hung behind the bed, self closing curtains and screens. You can tell they spared no expense. The view from the bath tub was stunning, and I thoroughly enjoy a bath with a view.Where this hotel really shined for me, though, was the service. Particular shout out to Victoria and Sam at the Ginger Moon. Two of the kindest staff members I’ve ever met at a hotel, I really enjoyed our chats every day and getting to know them. They even made me the most adorable memento to remember them by (picture attached), and made me feel so special. Also Harriet did an amazing job cleaning my room, even organizing my charging cords. The hotel made me feel special as a Marriott Titanium traveler, leaving me a box of chocolates, free drink ticket, a hand written note and a chocolate cobra (!) to thank me for my stay. Huge shout out to all the staff and the management for thinking everything out and making me feel special. I will really miss staying here and can’t wait to come back and see Victoria and Sam! Diría que fue la mejor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, en cualquier parte del mundo, y me he alojado en cientos.El hotel en sí es impresionante, una hermosa mezcla de elementos boho chic y del Medio Oriente, con toques modernos. Me gano la vida diseñando productos de decoración para el hogar y quedé impresionado por la perfección estilística. El vestíbulo es acogedor y cálido, el restaurante Ginger Moon para el desayuno es amplio y luminoso con una vista increíble, que se alimenta en la terraza de la piscina y comparte la misma vista de Palm. La suite Spectacular estaba increíblemente bien pensada, incluso con gabinetes acolchados decorativos que ocultaban la selección de licores y la cafetera. Cientos de hilos de cuentas de metal dorado colgaban detrás de la cama, cortinas y biombos que se cerraban automáticamente. Se nota que no repararon en gastos. La vista desde la bañera era impresionante, y disfruto mucho de un baño con vista.Sin embargo, donde este hotel realmente brilló para mí fue el servicio. Un agradecimiento especial a Victoria y Sam en el Ginger Moon. Dos de los miembros del personal más amables que he conocido en un hotel, realmente disfruté nuestras charlas todos los días y conocerlos. Incluso me hicieron el recuerdo más adorable para recordarlos (foto adjunta), y me hicieron sentir muy especial. Además, Harriet hizo un trabajo increíble limpiando mi habitación, incluso organizando mis cables de carga. El hotel me hizo sentir especial como viajero de Marriott Titanium, dejándome una caja de chocolates, un boleto de bebida gratis, una nota escrita a mano y una cobra de chocolate (!) para agradecerme por mi estadía. “Um dos meus W Hotels favoritos e como membro do Bonvoy com status de Embaixador, fiquei em algumas propriedades, a equipe aqui é incrível, nunca vi tantos sorrisos e funcionários prestativos. Eu usei noites de suíte para atualizar para uma enorme suíte Marvelous com vistas deslumbrantes. O presente de boas-vindas foi uma impressionante variedade de frutas e chocolate, além de escolhermos um cartão para um aperitivo gratuito no check-in. Um agradecimento especial a Pamela, que organizou todos os detalhes de nossa estadia com antecedência e foi muito prestativa e receptiva . A propriedade está bem localizada com um belo lobby e jardins, o deck molhado tem vista para o Palm com novamente um excelente serviço no Ginger Moon, onde também desfrutamos de um coquetel de boas-vindas! Ótima escolha em Dubai.”
