Verdaderamente una experiencia de 5 estrellas. Encantadora propiedad, personal y comida. Las habitaciones eran excelentes y el servicio era incomparable. Desde el exterior, no esperas el oasis en el interior, pero desearíamos tener una semana más aquí para disfrutar. Una experiencia increíble por el precio, muy recomendable.

Truly 5 star experience. Lovely property, staff, and food. Rooms were excellent and service was unparalleled. From the outside you don’t expect the oasis inside but wish we had a week plus here to enjoy. An amazing experience for the price - highly recommended.

Servicio encantador. Todos, desde la recepción hasta el personal del restaurante, siempre hacían todo lo posible para ayudar a los huéspedes. Organizaron nuestro itinerario de una semana y nos ayudaron a elegir actividades apropiadas para involucrar a nuestro hijo de 5 años. Muy recomendable para familias.

Las habitaciones y el servicio del personal son perfectos, pero no estoy seguro si hay escasez de personal de restaurante debido a la pandemia (aunque pude ver 3 personas en el servicio de mesa...), pero hay 2 mesas incluyéndonos a nosotros. A pesar de tener solo uno, esperé unos 20 minutos después de pedir el cóctel. Y no sé si alguna vez hice un cóctel, pero lamentablemente no era muy bueno... La verdad es que no sabía lo que hacía y no podía beberlo. Cuando hice la denuncia, pensé que el sabor del coctel no cambiaría, así que decidí no dejarlo como estaba (quizás no había cantinero que pudiera hacer cocteles) 😅 Evento de baile La comida de la cena era ensalada, la sopa era normal, y el pescado principal olía a pescado y no podía comerlo. A partir del día siguiente, se sirvieron cócteles y cenas en Amansara. Es un hotel muy limpio y agradable para una estadía en un hotel, pero personalmente no me gustaban los cócteles y la comida, así que le quité una estrella.

Os quartos e o atendimento dos funcionários são perfeitos, mas não tenho certeza se há falta de funcionários do restaurante devido à pandemia (embora eu pudesse ver 3 pessoas no serviço de mesa ...), mas há 2 mesas incluindo nós. Apesar de ter apenas um, esperei cerca de 20 minutos depois de pedir o coquetel. E não sei se já fiz um coquetel, mas infelizmente não ficou muito bom... Sinceramente não sabia o que fiz e não consegui beber. Quando fiz uma reclamação, achei que o sabor do coquetel não mudaria, então decidi não deixar como estava (talvez não houvesse bartender que pudesse fazer coquetéis) 😅 Evento de dança A refeição do jantar era salada, a sopa era normal, e o peixe principal cheirava a peixe e eu não podia comê-lo. A partir do dia seguinte, coquetéis e jantar foram servidos no Amansara. É um hotel muito limpo e agradável para uma estadia em hotel, mas eu pessoalmente não gostava de coquetéis e comida, então deixei cair uma estrela.

Adorável serviço. Todos, desde a recepção até a equipe do restaurante, estavam sempre se esforçando para ajudar os hóspedes. Eles organizaram nosso itinerário de uma semana e nos ajudaram a escolher as atividades apropriadas para noivar nosso filho de 5 anos. Recomendo para famílias.

Lovely service. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff was always going above and beyond to help guests. They arranged our week-long itinerary and helped us pick activities appropriate for getting our 5 year old engaged. Highly recommend for families.

Excellent staff "soft skill" in attending and solving guest request . Check-in early morning and they assisted and facilitate quickly so was able to catch up on sleep .

Las habitaciones son espaciosas con una decoración encantadora, el personal es amable, la comida para un hotel de cinco estrellas estaba por debajo del promedio, tuve que decirles con 3 semanas de anticipación lo que queríamos comer del menú, cuando llegamos allí, nos dieron una copia de lo que pedimos, cuando pedimos lo que queríamos para el almuerzo, donde le dijeron a dos de los artículos que no tenían, almorzamos en el patio de mi habitación, cuando salimos del hotel al día siguiente todos los platos y la La comida sobrante todavía estaba en el patio, había reservado mani y pedi, que era pintura de uñas ,,, extremadamente decepcionante ,,,,

Para garantir que todas as suas necessidades sejam atendidas e até mesmo acima de alguns desejos extras. Mesmo durante a nossa visita, os regulamentos da Covid19 foram cuidadosos em seguir para garantir a segurança e a boa saúde para todos. Os travesseiros macios surpreendentes da cama macia e todos os quartos têm uma decoração requintada. Leva você para outro mundo 🌎 a piscina em forma de um antigo banho Royal é atraente no início da manhã e no final da tarde ou um mergulho mais rápido no calor do dia. Wow 🤩 ser tratado como la realeza 🤴 👑 👸 aquí en todos los sentidos. Desde voltear tu cama 🛌 hacia abajo y dejar un pastel o un bizcocho 🥮🥐. Para organizar en su propia suite ejecutando un baño de burbujas profundo con aceite esencial de flores 🌹 🌺 🌸. Para garantizar que se satisfagan todas sus necesidades e incluso más allá de algunos deseos adicionales. Incluso durante la visita, las regulaciones de Covid19 fueron conscientes de seguir para garantizar la seguridad y la buena salud para todos. La cama suave, almohadas suaves increíbles y todas las habitaciones tienen una decoración elegante. Te lleva a otro mundo: la piscina con forma de un antiguo baño real es tentadora a primera hora de la mañana y al final de la tarde o un chapuzón más rápido en el calor del día. El gimnasio de la casa también está disponible.

Wow 🤩 be treated like royalty 🤴 👑 👸 here in every way. From turning your bed 🛌 down and leaving a pastry or cake 🥮🥐 . To organising in your own suite running a flower essential oil deep bubble bath 🌹 🌺 🌸. To ensuring all your needs are met and even over and above for some extra wishes. Even during when we visited was Covid19 regulations they were mindful to follow to ensure safety and good health for all. The soft bed amazing soft pillows and all the rooms have fine decor. Takes you into another world 🌎 the swimming pool fashioned like a Royal ancient bath is enticing early morning and late afternoon or a quicker dip in the heat of the day. In house gym is available as well.

Hotel de lujo con originales innovaciones pero... Al acceder por primera vez a la habitación no funciona la iluminación por falta de la tarjeta de interruptor principal (no es la llave) Por dos veces bloqueada la cerradura. Cuadro de mandos de iluminación, refrigeración y alarma centralizado, solo se puede acceder desde un solo lado de la cama y a partir de luces apagadas, imposible ver el botón adecuado. Personal muy atento y servicial pero incompetente
