Nice staff and a good location for walking downtown, with less than satisfactory everything else. The rooms appear nice, but only on the surface... Faucet is barely usable being 1 inch over the sink, which barely drains at all. You'll spend 5 minutes trying to get all the soap off your hands. Toilets will even blow water up and out of the toilet if it hasn't drained and after trying to flush again. Showerhead was coming out of the wall, with inconsistent temperatures and pressure. Also these new assumingly cheaper and more efficient all in one comforter and blankets are gross as I can't see how the entire thing is or could be washed between each guest. Worst of all, we were awaken by 5 am hauling/garbage/sanitation services that were extremely loud and right outside our window (2nd floor) lasting for over an hour combined (they came back at 6). Multiple alarm like sounds were going off this entire time. This was after making multiple requests leading up to and even weeks prior, not only for a King bed (which was denied) but for a quiet room. The hallways and thin walls also echo and amplify every sound. I even had trouble with the mandatory Valet service, in that my car was returned with multiple service lights engaged on my dashboard (and had no issues prior, is under 50k miles, and had just been in the shop for a wheel alignment and check up), which hopefully turns out to be nothing or just a coincidence in the end. I only mention it because it was the final nail in the coffin for me and Hampton Inn after the at best a handful of hours of sleep, and the above issues.

Great location close to the stadium and Broadway. Really, the only reason to stay here. Bathroom design is very poor. The toilet paper is right next to the back of the tank. The bathroom sink faucet leaks water on the countertop and in a poor location for the sink bowl (see photo). The dinner area had dust and cobwebs on the inside of the windows. It appears they have been neglected for some time. I would have taken a photo of the cobwebs, too, but didn't want to seem too obvious. I parked my vehicle for all three days and walked everywhere, and still paid for valet services each day. The room quality was just average to below average. The hotel staff was kind and professional. Know if you plan on staying here, you're paying for the location.

This hotel is in a good location but is not necessarily worth the price of the rooms. You are really only paying for location. The rooms need to be updated and some of the design choices such as the sink layouts are odd. The faucets are short and offset where you can barely wash your hands because the faucet doesn't go over the sink more than 3 inches. It was quiet but it needs some updates.

Can't go wrong with the location of being so close to downtown! Can walk anywhere and to anything. The room was nice. Could not get over the alarms going off on the building next door that kept me up for at least 2 hours. And then the next morning the garbage truck chirping its little horn. Their breakfast in the morning had a nice variety. Parking stinks as I don't like giving up my keys for valet and they only had valet... at $42 a night. But they would be quick to get your keys should you need something. Considering would it cost around town it's still a good deal. Just remember there is another location so specify!

Nice location and very close walking distance to Broadway and Gulch area. Clean and friendly customer service. Parker the valet guy was also really nice and very kind. Hotel bar closed down too early for us. Dark roast coffee wasn't too dark so that's why I can't give this 5 stars. It was like a medium roast to me. There were a few dogs barking at random times too but nothing to make me call the security. I would stay again

Os quartos eram eh, a banheira era incrível, mas onde isso se destacava, o chuveiro ficou para trás. Baixa pressão da água. O freio rápido não foi nada que se destacou, mas o maior problema na minha experiência é as várias vezes que o alarme de incêndio foi acionado das 5h às 8h, o alarme deve ter disparado meia dúzia de vezes .. a localização do hotel é a única coisa que o salvou de ser uma estrela. Tudo é super próximo e alcançável a partir deste hotel.

Las habitaciones eran eh, la bañera era increíble, pero donde sobresalía, la ducha quedaba muy atrás. Presión de agua baja. El freno rápido no fue nada que se destacara, pero el problema MÁS GRANDE en mi experiencia es que las múltiples veces que se activó la alarma contra incendios desde las 5 am hasta las 8 am, la alarma debe haber sonado media docena de veces ... la ubicación del hotel es lo único que lo salvó de ser una estrella. Todo está muy cerca y se puede ir andando desde este hotel.

The rooms were eh, the tub was amazing but where that excelled the shower fell far behind. Low water pressure. The brakefast wasn't anything that stood out but the BIGGEST issue in my experience is the multiple times the fire alarm was set off from 5 am till 8 am the alarm must have gone off half a dozen times.. the location of the hotel is the only thing that saved it from being a one star. Everything is super close and walkable from this hotel.

Meus amigos e eu ficamos aqui por um fim de semana prolongado, sexta-feira a terça-feira. Nós ficamos no quarto 519. A pia estava entupida, o chuveiro gritava, era impossível pegar a temperatura certa, não cheirava bem e todos nós adoecemos por ficarmos aqui. Eu mal podia esperar para ir para casa. Falei com o pessoal e eles não ajudaram em nada. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente, especialmente quanto eles cobram para a experiência que você recebe. O café da manhã foi a melhor parte.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend, Friday-Tuesday. We stayed in room 519. The sink was clogged, the shower head screamed, it was impossible to get the temperature just right, it didn't smell good and we all got sick from staying in here. I couldn't wait to go home. I spoke to staff and they did not help at all. I wouldn't stay here again especially how much they charge to the experience you get. The breakfast was the best part.

Este es un buen hotel. Todo estaba bastante actualizado y cómodo. Solo había servicio de aparcacoches disponible, lo que supuso un gasto inesperado de $ 40. La habitación era bastante cara, pero puede que se debiera al concierto de esa noche. Pudimos dejar nuestro coche después de la salida para caminar un poco, lo cual fue muy apreciado. La ubicación era perfecta para ir al Anfiteatro Ascend. El personal fue amable y servicial. Había una bisagra rota en el gabinete donde estaba el refrigerador, pero por lo demás no hay quejas sobre la habitación.

This is a nice hotel. Everything was pretty updated and comfortable. There was only valet parking available which was an unexpected expense at $40. The room was pretty pricey but may have been due to the concert that night. We were able to leave our car after checkout to walk around a little bit which was much appreciated. The location was perfect for going to the Ascend Amphitheater. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a hinge broken on the cabinet where the fridge was, but otherwise no complaints about the room

Este hotel precisa de uma limpeza e revisão completas. Ao entrar na sala havia um odor distinto (originalmente pensei que cheirava a urina de gato) apenas para descobrir mais tarde carpete molhado e mofo. O quarto não é à prova de som / isolado do tráfego da rua / sirenes, e a equipe do hotel não dá a mínima para o atendimento ao cliente. Entenda que há muita umidade e com chuvas recentes muita umidade presente, criando uma área nobre para o funk. O banheiro também tinha manchas e danos físicos à parede. O lobby dá uma falsa impressão de como é o resto do hotel. A área de negócios também foi danificada, faltando placas de teto e computadores desatualizados. As áreas comuns além do lobby não são limpas. Muitos hóspedes, funcionários insuficientes e esforços mínimos de limpeza resultaram em más condições no quarto. Assim que vimos o crescimento de fungos, fizemos o check-out mais cedo. Tentei comunicar suas preocupações ao gerente e, mais tarde, ao serviço de atendimento ao cliente do Hilton, que claramente não deu a mínima, mesmo quando as fotos foram fornecidas. Faça a si mesmo (e à sua saúde!) Um favor e evite esta propriedade.

This hotel needs a complete cleaning and overhaul. Upon entering the room there was a distinct odor (originally thought it smelled like cat urine) only to find later wet carpet and mold present. Room is not soundproof/insulated from street traffic/sirens, and hotel staff could care less about providing customer service. Understand there is high humidity and with recent rain fall lots of moisture present, creating a prime area for funk. Bathroom also had staining and physical damage to wall. Lobby gives a false impression of what the rest of the hotel is like. Business area also was damaged, missing ceiling tiles and outdated computers. Common areas beyond lobby are not clean. Too many guests, not enough staff, minimal cleaning efforts resulted in poor conditions in the room. Once we saw mold growth, we checked out early. Tried to communicate concerns to the manager, and later to Hilton customer service, who clearly could not care less, even when photos were provided. Do yourself (and your health!) a favor and avoid this property.

Sempre goste de ficar no Hampton Inn & Suites. Curta caminhada para qualquer lugar na Broadway, o centro de convenções, compras e comida. O hotel é limpo e bem equipado, os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos e o café da manhã é ótimo! Sempre gostei da suíte Balcony e ela é perfeita para reuniões de pequenos grupos! Os quartos têm preços razoáveis. O ruído da estrada às vezes pode ser irritante, mas, no geral, é um lugar maravilhoso para ficar em Nashville.

Always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Short walk to anywhere on Broadway, the convention center, shopping and food. Hotel is clean and well appointed, staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is great! I always enjoy the Balcony suite and it's perfect for small group meetings! Rooms are reasonably priced. Road noise can be annoying at times, but on the whole it is a wonderful place to stay in Nashville.
