Depois de ter uma verificação estressante em um check-out rápido com outro hotel, a equipe do Hilton Northeast me acolheu de braços abertos e cuidou de mim e da minha filha. Como ela teve escola pela manhã um já era 2am. Eu adoro o quarto da piscina aquecida, a equipe estava no ponto. O café da manhã e coquetel comida, foi comida para sua alma. Eu vou ficar aqui novamente.

Você sempre pode dizer que você está em um bom hotel quando oa / c unidade não está ligado à sua janela. Também contribui para uma noite de sono mais tranquila. Realmente bom hotel. A equipe foi excelente. Quarto foi espaçosos e o frigobar foi surpreendentemente tranqüila porque até mesmo esses pequenos buggers podem obter noisy quando eles constantemente.Os banheiros foram great, especialmente o chuveiro de vidro. Fan não funcionou, mas suponho que é também mais uma coisa para alguém esquecer de desligar. E já que as paredes do hotel são notoriamente finas, você também ouviria isso de outro quarto.Piscina é pura em que é uma daquelas meia metade interior ao ar livre. O fitness center está em um local estranho. Você tem que caminhar pela área da piscina para chegar a ela. Mas é espaçoso e inclui pesos livres e é próprio banheiro / vestiário.Anexado bar e restaurante chamado Latitude 33, era confortável e serviço foi muito bom.Localização do hotel também é conveniente para 285, mas longe o suficiente para se sentir mais isolado.

Se eu pudesse dar 0 estrelas, teria escolhido essa opção. Em todos os anos de viagem, nunca fui a um hotel que fizesse reserva apenas para descobrir que as reservas haviam sido canceladas - sem aviso prévio. Para completar, o representante do cliente neste local era terrível ... Hilton da administração do Nordeste, por que se preocupar em contratar um representante de atendimento ao cliente? O representante do cliente que trabalhou esta noite foi muito rude, defensivo e não conseguiu reunir forças para pegar o telefone para ligar para a gerência, encontrar um lugar para nós substituto ou pelo menos pedir desculpas em nome desta situação ridícula. Como meu colega e eu estamos a 4 horas de distância de casa e agora precisamos encontrar um lugar nosso às 20h da noite. ............. Veja bem, como minha colega e eu estamos no telefone procurando um novo lugar a mais de 15 pés de distância da estação do representante do cliente, o representante teve energia para se levantar de seu assento, caminhou até nós no saguão para nos dizer precisávamos usar nossa máscara (éramos as únicas pessoas naquele saguão), tentando ligar para o serviço de atendimento ao cliente Hilton, agora soando abafados pela máscara.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have chose that option instead. In all of the years of traveling, never have I showed up to a hotel I booked only to find out the reservations were canceled--with no notification. To top it off, the customer representative at this location was terrible... Hilton of Northeast management, why bother hirering a customer service rep? The customer representative that worked this evening was so rude, defensive and could not muster the energy to pick up the phone to call management, find a replacement place for us or the least apologize on behalf of this ridiculous situation. As my colleague and I are 4hrs away from home and now needing to find a place of our own at 8pm at night. ............. Mind you, as my colleague and I are on the phone finding a new place well over 15 ft away from the customer representative's station, the rep had the energy to get up from her seat, walked over to us in the lobby, to tell us we needed to wear our mask (we were the only people in this lobby), trying to call customer service Hilton, now sounding muffled through the mask.

This hotel is clean, friendly and was pretty reasonably priced. The restaurant downstairs was really good. I had the crab and shrimp cake sandwich with these amazing zucchini fries. And to top it off a Chocolate tart cake. Yummy.

Nice hotel, os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis, durante a minha estadia tive dois problemas e ambos resolvidos rapidamente, os funcionários foram todos simpáticos. Uma coisa que achei ligada foi durante um dos cafés da manhã os garçons reabasteceram meu café de outra xícara ao invés da cafeteira, tenho certeza que a xícara ainda não foi usada ... O café da manhã em si, eu tinha buffet que era bom, com muitas opções de escolha. Ao todo, tive uma experiência agradável.

Estada de negócios para um viajante muito freqüente. Quarto muito confortável, hotel agradável, pessoal muito educado e complacente. Café-da-manhã foi típico Hilton tarifa, mas boa. I chose this location to host for my wedding party and guests. We were getting married at Flint Hill, less than 2 miles away. It ended up being absolutely perfect for us! I worked with Elaine for my special request snd she always replied to my questions as quickly as possible! She even made time for me after working hours for phone calls!The hotel itself was very clean and nice! I rented the Hospitality Suite with two rooms for the weekend. It was a great area for the bride to get dressed im and for family or friends to come visit the wedding party. To my knowledge, all my guests had a great stay with no complaints. The bar was open late and we were able to celebrate and have a great, safe time. Any last minute requests I had for the hotel, they were able to take care of immediately.

Nice hotel , room were clean and comfortable,during my stay had two issues and both resolved quickly , staff were all nice. One thing I find wired was during one of the breakfast the waiters refill my coffee from another one time cup rather from the pot, I'm sure the cup was not used still ... The breakfast itself I had buffet which was good with many option to choose from. All in all I had a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff were all so incredibly friendly and sweet. The room was amazing and everything was perfectly clean and beautiful. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place. I can not recommend it enough.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for a getaway! My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this location and it’s surrounded by stores and local restaurants.

After having a stressful check in an quick check out with another hotel, the staff at Hilton Northeastwelcomed me with open arms an took care of me an my daughter. As she had school in the morning an it was already 2am. I love the room the heated pool,an the staff was on point. The breakfast and cocktail food, was food for your soul. I will be staying here again.

You can always tell you're in a nice hotel when the a/c unit isn't connected to your window. It also makes for a quieter night's sleep. Really nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and the mini fridge was surprisingly quiet because even those little buggers can get noisy when they run constantly.Bathrooms were great, especially the glass shower. Fan didn't work but I suppose it's also one more thing for someone to forget to turn off. And since hotel walls are notoriously thin, you'd hear that too from another room.Pool is neat in that it's one of those half indoor half outdoor ones. Fitness center is in an odd location. You have to walk through the pool area to get to it. But it is roomy and includes free weights and it's own bathroom/ changing room.Attached bar and restaurant called Latitude 33, was comfortable and service was very good.Hotel location is also convenient to 285, but far enough away to feel more secluded.
