“We LOVED the views beaches, amenities, and on-site resources during our stay. The service left some to be desired. We realize covid has had an impact on this. Many restaurants we went to, we would have to ask numerous times for wine or drinks. We would have to restate our order sometimes and it would take forever to receive these items.”

“Food and rooms were good. The staff is absolutely awful. The bartenders won’t acknowledge you for 5 minutes even with an empty bar (2 occasions and different bars).Another time i came to a bar with 1 guest in front of me and waited 25 minutes for two water bottles. She kept making drinks for the servers that had requests rather than handing me two bottles of water. Our wedding planner forgot to give us itinerary even though we called and asked about it. When we met her we had no idea what to expect and thought it was a ten minute thing. We came dressed in bathing suits and we were told we’re going to the registry office for 2 hours so we need to get our papers. We didn’t eat because we thought it was going to be a 10 minute thing so we were starving the whole time. Then the day after the wedding we were supposed to get breakfast in bed with rose petals but the wedding planner forgot to book that for us even though she took our order and everything.I’d say it was 50/50 when it came to the staff. They’re either super friendly or very unenthusiastic and came off rude”
