Localização relativamente boa. Dá pra ir andando (se tiver disposição) pras principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Quarto confortável. Banheiro que não fecha o box todo. O tapete do corredor não é bom pros alérgicos.

Nice modern room, friendly staff. Close to tram station They knew I was vegan, and they did provide sliced vegan cheese, but I had to ask for it during breakfast. Buffet items were clearly labeled but limited to plant-based milk and vegetables and fruit, and some vegan breads.

Na verdade, um bom hotel. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ é muito bom e variado. Não deixa nada a desejar. A localização é muito boa, bons acessos ao comboio. Infelizmente, apesar (ponta) nosso quarto não foi limpo corretamente, ainda havia cabelo lá ... As xícaras foram apenas enxaguadas e colocadas de volta.

Hotel usado apenas por uma noite. Sem instalações utilizadas.A área de recepção e recepção eram arrumadas e através de uma passagem do hotel você está diretamente no WTC.Quarto é limpo e arrumado, mas nada de especial. Quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro é realmente inferior. Tomar banho em uma banheira é realmente desatualizado.Os colchões são de péssima qualidade, onde você pode sentir as molas. Então eu dormi muito mal.Os quartos não são barulhentos se você mantiver as janelas fechadas. Se você quiser tê-los abertos, terá muitos problemas com o tráfego e a pista de bonde adjacente.Especialmente quando você olha para a qualidade do preço (250, - café da manhã incluído), este hotel pontua muito abaixo da média. Você pode esperar mais por esse valor. NH faça algo com ele!!!

Poor location, nothing open at weekends nearby. Room was tatty, no headboard, shower impossible to regulate, dirty desk, no milk for use with coffee and tea facility. I asked several times if I could borrow an iron and ironing board. Each time I was told all the irons were in use. When I asked if they could let me know when one became available I was told no. What 4 star hotel does not have an iron in rooms? On check out, male receptionist wanted to charge me for prepaid room. Hotel is very overpriced and not worthy of 4 stars.Didnt get receipt for city tax.

Upon arrival after a 15-hour flight I was told at the reception desk that people normally arrive after 3PM and that if I wanted access to the room I had to pay a €20 early check-in fee. Yes, if business is so bad that you're in desperate need of money you can do that, but it will make a bad impression on the guest. Hotel's that value customer satisfaction do the exact opposite. If it had just been that it would have been annoying but no more than that. Unfortunately that was just the beginning. The room was dark and dirty. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The thermostat in the room had almost no effect. Towels in the bathroom were old and frayed. The screen in the shower only covered half of the area, so when taking a shower the floor would get drenched. The king size bed that I requested when booking my room wasn't there, instead it were two single beds that were put next to each other, causing me to roll in the gap between them. The gym that the hotel claims they have they actually don't have. There's a gym next door to the hotel and you can use that, if you pay for it of course. The mini bar in the room is empty. I asked at the reception desk if there's a pizza restaurant nearby and I was told I had to go to the city center for that. It turned out there's actually a pizza restaurant right next door. But at the reception desk they knew nothing about it. I asked what sort of food they served in the restaurant's own restaurant and they didn't know that either. It makes for a very inhospitable, disinterested and unprofessional attitude towards the guest. Fortunately The Hague has plenty of other hotels, so my advice to would-be travellers is to pick on of those instead.

Bela localização porque no centro de comércio mundial de Den Haag. Peguei um quarto para trabalhar, tão pequeno com uma cama só fórmula com café da manhã. O quarto era muito pequeno, desfiz as malas e não havia espaço para aquelas poucas coisas que tinha trazido... Pequeno-almoço internacional mas pede-se que reserve o horário de entrada para não congestionar os espaços que não são grandes, adaptei para as 8.00 mas não foi possível reservar para horários diferentes. O restaurante tem alguns itens à la carte, mas bastante bom. . . Recomendo-o como apoio para uns dias de trabalho ou reuniões, a sala para 7 dias deu-me 1.600 euros.

Nós sempre escolhemos o hotel NH como a primeira prioridade. A equipe em Haia é muito simpática e atenciosa. Embora o aquecedor não funcione bem, eles resolveram isso muito rápido. Esqueci de escrever o memorando de que queria um quarto no andar inferior e eles nos ajudaram a mudar o quarto em um andar inferior. É muito impressionado. O quarto do hotel é bom e grande o suficiente. Um destaque é que eles têm água cozinhar que é muito amigável para os hóspedes asiáticos. Muito boa instalação em geral. Eu recomendaria isso.

We always choose NH hotel as the first priority. The staff in Hague is very friendly and considerate. Although the heater doesn't work well, they solved that very fast. I forgot to write the memo that I wanted a lower floor room and they helped us to change the room in a lower floor. It is very impressed. The hotel room is nice and big enough. A highlight is that they have water cook which is very friendly to Asian guests. Very good facility generally. I would recommend that.

We called the hotel in advance asking if they have a gym and sauna for the use of guests, and they assured us they do. We drove about an hour to the hotel, only to find out they don’t even have their own gym and sauna , but if we pay extra we can use the facilities next door?!! Ridiculous!! We left immediately!

First impressions on the website sell this as a beautiful and busy hotel. However its quite the opposite, the staff outside the front door are not there to welcome you but out to smoke their cigarettes, the furniture in the rooms are damaged and the windows are disgusting with hand and other marks visible all over. The first room I had was dark, had damaged floors and obviously not cleaned. The second room they gave us was almost as bad. In all fairness the staff in reception were polite at all times (the reason why I have gave 2 stars not 1), but housekeeping and management need to do something to fix the obvious flaws of their bedrooms. Do not stay here if you like to stay in hotels which have been hygienically cleaned or even at all. Food was ok but cooked selection was sparse at breakfast.Located a little too far from the city centre makes this more suitable for business travel not leisure guests.

Teve uma experiência medíocre. Quarto não era nada de especial, mas depois do banho na banheira, não é nada mal. Havia também um tique-taque vindo do sistema climático, que parou depois que eu o desliguei. Além disso, o mini-bar estava vazio, mas pode ser porque não paguei com o meu cartão de crédito e eles não poderiam cobrar as despesas posteriormente. Também não havia cartão de serviço de quarto. Uma pena, pois eu poderia ter acabado de pagar no check-out.O café da manhã tinha que ser pago adiantado, enquanto eu já estava com pressa, ainda estava na cama e não pude ir ao primeiro andar por um tempo para pagar os 40 dólares necessários. Tudo o que posso dizer é que isso foi realmente muito decepcionante. Os meus dados são do conhecimento do hotel e não vale a pena roubar 40 euros. Pena ser tratada assim. Pessoal ainda mais útil.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. A pesar de no estar en el centro está muy bien comunicado ya que muy cerca hay una parada de tren. La zona es muy tranquila y nada ruidosa. En general es un hotel muy bueno pero con algunas cosas que pulir como por ejemplo la limpieza de la habitación. Había en general mucho polvo y eso es algo molesto. La cama era muy cómoda y grande. Las almohadas nada cómodas pero lo dijimos en recepción y nos proporcionaron otras. El desayuno tienes que tomarlo en la habitación e ir tu a recogerlo pero la verdad es que lo tienen muy bien organizado y es muy abundante. Decir que debido al covid la habitación no te la arreglan. Si necesitas toallas ó productos de higiene tienes que pedirlos y te los dan sin problemas. El personal es muy amable y servicial. En general es un hotel que merece la pena en La Haya, si pulieran un poco lo de la limpieza seria un 10.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, pero llegar a la habitación y que esté helada no es nada agradable.Las luces no son nada intuitivas, difícil encontrar como apagar y encender.La habitación muy muy oscura.Difícil trabajar con esa luz.El desayuno buenísimo, eso si, de lo mejorcito.

Hotel moderno , destacando la amabilidad de su personal de recepción ( siempre con una sonrisa en la cara) y del personal del restaurante , muy educados y serviciales. Las habitaciones están bien , las camas y almohadas super cómodas , el pero sería con la limpieza , tuvimos que pedir que limpiarán mejor la habitación . El hotel está en un complejo de edificios modernos con aparcamiento, supermercado, restaurante , y transporte público en la puerta , el centro a 15 minutos andando.

Situado en el World Trade Center de La Haya. Habitación adecuada y limpia aunque un poco justa de tamaño. Lo peor es que tiene un termostato analógico que solo permite regular desde -3 a +3 grados de la temperatura estándar. En mi caso puesto al máximo seguía con sensación de frío y cuando llamé a recepción me ofrecieron un calefactor. Lo mejor el desayuno buffet con gran variedad de productos en un salón del primer piso que incluye una terraza interior del WTC.

Confortable hotel ubicado muy cerca del centro histórico de la Haya en el que se ofrece un buen desayuno con cocina en vivo. Se encuentra perfectamente comunicado y a 5 minutos andando de la estación central. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tan solo se echa de menos la grifería termostatica en el baño.
