“Three stars is a stretch. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The place was packed and the main elevator was broken so unless you like waiting a long time for a small elevator you have to use the stairs. The front automatic sliding door had seen better days and was really noisy. The pool area looked nice but never went down there. Would have given a higher rating but it appears they just don't maintain the place.”

“Didn't start off on the right foot. Both elevators had issues. One was out of service. The other was messing up. Maintenance got one fixed. Was told I had a luxury room. Yes air conditioning worked great. Balcony was over the pool. No cookie offered at check in. Staff was friendly and professional. Was expecting a lot more for the price they charged. Over all good stay. Nice breakfast bar served for guests. Pool was large. Plus had a swim up bar. Rooms were cleaned and bathroom walk in shower was nice.”
